A: I had this set for years because it's not bulky and you can't mess up the fit. Takes a bit to get used to like other guards, but it definitely does work. I suffer from headaches and grinding.

Q: Can you wear this on the top teeth also?

A: What it is, is just a thing guard that sits between top and bottom. It will not actually grab onto your row of teeth like a fitted tray. Try it. I've used it for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using a custom, dentist-recommended dental guard for about a year now due to teeth grinding and jaw clenching at night. As you may know, these are generally not cheap. When this Dentek dental guard became available, I was skeptical at best. However, I have found that its slim profile is actually much more comfortable than my custom guard and seems to work just as well. It was incredibly easy to mold around my teeth, much easier than other store-bought guards I’ve bought in the past. It also comes with two dental guards, which I absolutely LOVE! Not only do you have a backup in case you lose one or mess up your first mold, but it also makes it so much easier for when you’re traveling. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product and would purchase if needed in the future.

2 pack is good as I already lost one. This was somewhat helpful until I got a new night guard from the dentist. It’s like bite wings. The guards don’t fit very well and was constantly rubbing my gums. Wearing and inserting It constantly makes me gag and vomit to wear it. Better to invest in the night guard at your dentist

I do grind my teeth from time to time when stressed and this is probably the best one I have tried so far. It comes with a nice case, doesn’t need to boil to mold, and it much slimmer than others. If you need a guard that is less obtrusive and doesn’t break the bank, this is a good option. This review was part of an incentivized campaign.

I should’ve read the negative reviews. They don’t fit right and made it harder to close my mouth and caused more jaw pain. I don’t have an overbite or any dental issues like that.

He says it’s Comfortable and he has no problem breathing. The one thing he didn’t like is the carrying case. It’s a little tricky to open.

It seems fairly well made and it came with two, which is great. But overall, I found this to be unusable.

I was able to wear them over my retainers without any issues, something I could not do with the more expensive guard from the dentist. It fits wonderfully. It is not awkward at all. It is very comfortable and really does help with grinding teeth or clenching your jaw. You don't feel like you will choke on it or drool all night.

I’ve been having ringing in my right ear for over a year now due to TMJ issues. The ringing started to get louder recently so I decided to try this night guard. I decided to try this one because I didn’t want to mess up my bite any further with the store bought guards. I’ve been wearing this consistently for about a week and the ringing is practically gone completely. I’m so happy I took a chance and purchased this night guard. It can be a bit uncomfortable because of how it’s made but no other night guards have worked this well to stop my ear ringing! Hoping to use this until I can afford treatment to correct my bite.

I noticed ppl loved this or hated it. I found it easy to use. I simply adjusted it and put it in my mouth. I also liked that it wasn’t bulky, and the price. I’ve had it for about 5 days and it stays in place. And I can close my mouth. I’d suggest those who found it uncomfortable etc. to make sure it is not upside down.
