The plastic pieces that lay between your back teeth are so HARD! This was not comfortable at all to sleep with. I tried. Not happy.

My dentist had mentioned that my teeth showed signs of grinding, so this product came at a perfect time. It is simple to use, nothing extra to do but it does take some getting used to. I can't really say if it has made a difference yet. I really won't know until next month after I see my dentist again. No complaints so it has potential to.be rated higher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was not so comfortable for me. It actually hurt. I did do the adjustments but that didn’t work. It moved to much in my mouth. A tray type of guard may have been more comfortable.

The dental guard does not need any boiling or microwaving to mold or fit in the mouth. The dental guard jad body heat activated self adjusting technology to help fit in the mouth and has adjustable fit to help move the pads. The pads are soft and confortable to use. I feel a difference in my jaw and how I wake up in the morning without any jaw pain.

It was a fluke that I got sent this to review when I was actually in the market to find one. I can’t say I have gotten used to wearing it, but I can’t imagine getting a super expensive one would be any less of a nuisance. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was quite comfortable to sleep with, but I felt a grittiness on my teeth when I woke up in the morning. I’m not sure what from the product caused that but I didn’t like how my teeth felt the next morning.

When I was offered this to try I almost declined because I didn’t think I was grinding when I slept… my husband said otherwise, so I tried it out. I was shocked! First, they’re comfortable as far as how they fit without having to boil them. They also don’t bother me while I sleep like I thought they would. I noticed a difference in my jaw the next morning and within a few days I realized my headaches weren’t like they normally are. I can’t believe this thing has done that, but I’ve gone over everything I’ve changed and using this guard is really the only thing that it could be!

I have very sensitive gums and actually have not been able to wear my retainers, but this mouthguard allows separation of my gums from my retainer, in addition to separating my teeth and preventing me from clenching as I sleep. I love that it doesn’t require hot water molding and has four different levels/sizes. It is definitely the thinnest over-the-counter mouthguard I have ever tried. It is still slightly bulky and takes some getting used to which is why I took one star off, but overall for the price and the convenience, I am so impressed. we recommend trying if you were looking for a low price mouthguard, you have nothing to lose!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think it’s great that they have different ways to size it to fit your mouth. I think my problem with it was that it doesn’t stay fitted on a part of your mouth. It just kind of sits on top of your teeth. Because of this, if I wore it too many nights in a row, I would start to get sores inside my mouth from it rubbing. I never slept in it I would just wear it while I was reading at night before going to sleep. it did make me stop clenching my teeth during the night after I had worn it. So it does work. I will just pop it in when I am reading if I have noticed that I am starting to clench again. But I won’t wear it multiple nights in a row.

Without the need to do that, this is ready to use immediately after opening. At first, it didn't feel very comfortable and it took a few nights for me to get used to the feel of this. However, once I got used to it, this was really helpful in helping to prevent teeth grinding and I found I had less jaw pain when using this.

Second, it's an adjustable fit. Third, it swivels to adjust for bite. My jaw was a little sore the first few nights, but now I'm loving it. Lastly, there is a 2 year warranty!
