Q: Does the E30 have an internal water tank in the robot that is used to wet the mop as it cleans?

A: The water tank is inside the base, not in the robot itself. It returns to the base as needed to clean and re-wet the mop pads.

A: There is a vacuum dirt collection bag in the base as well. You can set it to empty every time it is run, or only when full from the app.

A: For those with long hair, it is advisable to set the machine to the intelligent vacuum frequency. The device will automatically determine the need for multiple dust collections during cleaning. To prevent the roller brush from becoming entangled, it is also recommended to clean the roller brush regularly.

I can’t tell you how nice it is to come home from work to a freshly mopped and vacuumed apartment. You can set cleaning schedules, no-go zones, power levels, and more with their app. It’s so easy to use. SUPER loud when running and even louder when it’s done and empties itself out which is why I run it while I’m at work. I don’t have any pets so can’t comment on pet hair but it does a great job cleaning!

Overall a really good vacuum. The biggest down fall is the lack of on board water tank. This means the robot has to return often to wet the pads. Doing the is ensures the pads stay wet and clean, but this also means you will be replacing the water tanks very often which, to me, defeats the purpose of a robot vacuum if I have to do the tanks every other day. Other than that the navigation is good and the app is very good.

This is an amazing vacuum robot! It has exceeded all expectations. The object avoidance is great, it vacuums amazingly, and no it mops very well. I did a couple of tests to see how well it was working and it passed them with flying colors. First one was I went and vacuumed my room after it ran with my heavy duty corded vac and it barely picked anything else up. The second test was a deep mop with my regular mop after this ran for a week and the mop water was almost clean. There are some areas it can’t reach but they are few and are easily taken care of with a weekly quick vacuum with my stick vacuum. I researched for a while and this is definitely the best value.

I like that this robot vacuum does everything. It mops. It vacuums. It maps. It empties its own dust bin. It empties its own water. It cleans its own mop pads. It makes it really easy to have a cleaner home. The app works pretty well. Overall I think this will save me a lot of time in cleaning. And since time is money I think this is worth the price and would recommend it. I did have a problem when I first set it up. The water pump would not fill the water. I found a solution online to blast some water through the water line using a syringe. This worked and it worked fine after. Took about an hour to figure out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on the E30 Ulta 4- in- 1 robot vacuum, I have to say, it has exceeded my expectations in many ways. From the moment I unboxed it, the sleek and modern design really got my eye. It’s stand tucks perfectly away in a corner , And the vacuum itself is compact enough to fit under most of my furniture. I have mix of carpets and hardwood floors in my home, and this vacuum handled both with ease. it picked up everything from pet hair to dust particles. I’m amazed at the mop feautre which I admire so much as that’s not my favorite thing to do around the house. On top of all these amazing features , setting up in the app was super straightforward. This app was super user-friendly, allow allowing me to schedule cleanings , switch between modes , create a map of my house , and monitor the vacuums progress. I like the notification it offers that allows you to see if the vacuums needs emptying or any maintenance. I am over the moon about this product ! I received an incentive to write this review.

The set up was easy and the app it pairs with is user friendly as well. The vaccum knows when to adjust going from hard wood to carpet and will vaccum and then mop after. The vacuum home is a little big but very sleek looking and was easy to tuck somewhere without drawing too much attention. I received an incentive to write this review.

I’m very dissatisfied. I have to schedule for it to come back to base to rinse the mop every 10 minutes…. And it doesn’t do a very good job at cleaning. Won’t vacuum popcorn kernels or leafs. It took me 4 1/2 hrs to figure out how this worked. I have hard floors and this just isn’t it :(. If you have kids or dogs I don’t recommend. I have had this for a month now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for my dad who is getting older and can't do household things as well as he used to. Thanks to the app I can set up everything for him and he only needs to empty the tanks after the cycle is finished. They are easy to access at the top. The set up of the hardware is relatively easy and intuitive but the software aka the app was a bit confusing at first and I had to view a few videos to get it set up to how I like it. There is an extra program called clean genius in the app but for a better result for the edges I recommend setting it up yourself even if it take a bit more time. The first time takes the longest since it need to map out every area and you should be at home for that just in case it gets stuck somewhere. You can set up routines like at which time and which zones need more attention and what to avoid like furniture. As far as I can tell the moping function works well. Only use vacuum robot cleaning solution for it though. All in all I am pretty satisfied I received an incentive to write this review.

Good suction power and mopping . Good value for the money . The only thing missing is heated drying of mops and cleaning solution auto system which I did not care much . Will maintain the flooring of all kinds to pristine condition . Great app hands down.

The unit does not seem to contain an onboard water tank which is needed to keep the mops from drying out during the mopping process and does require frequent visits back to the dock to reset the mops. This does hinder the mopping performance somewhat. The vacuum seems to be top notch though. Obstacle avoidance was very good as was overall navigation. I did find the app a little difficult to navigate at first but I did get the hang of it. For the money, this robot can’t be beat. Keep in mind if you need heavy duty mopping a more upscale model may be required.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This robot vacuum is pretty impressive. Set up was simple and did not take long. Once set up i had it map out the house layout. It mapped out most of the house but I messed up the process. I was able to remap the house and the second try was much better. It was able to navigate through most floor changes relatively easily. It did struggle with light weight carpets and some throw carpets. Once I set it to clean it did a thorough job of mopping the bathroom. Once done it went back to empty itself and get clean water. After cleaning and drying itself it went back to the location that it stopped at. If you have a large home the cleaning process will take awhile though the mopping and vacuuming seems very thorough. One thing I am concerned about is the size of the dust bag. This will need to be replaced and that is an added expense. I wish the dust compartment could simply be dumped like the dirty water compartment. The home port is pretty large but not too hard to hide behind a couch. I’ve never owned a robot vacuum before but after it mapped out the house, it’s worked like a charm. The device is very easy to set up and use, makes almost no noise, and I honestly forget it’s there (but can for sure tell it did its job when I get home from work)!!!! It leaves no wet marks behind and the only negative I have to say is that I wish it took a cleaning solution instead of just water. However, it makes life so much easier so not a deal breaker at all. The design is aesthetically pleasing and has a decent amount of weight to it so I’m sure it’ll hold its high quality for years to come. It was an expensive device but after it learned the layout of my house it has saved me so much time (and does a great job) that I think it’s one hundred percent worth the investment. It struggles sometimes to get back to its home because of the baby toys and other stuff laying around. It does a lot of talking which freaks me out sometimes. The vacuum is pretty quiet and gets the job done pretty quickly. For the price I would say this robot mop vacuum is totally worth it. I received an incentive to write this review.

Be sure to stay out of its way when mapping as suggested. The base is a bit tall, in comparison other vacuum mop combos. However, upon opening the top, there is a large dual tank for both fresh, and dirty, mop water. The self cleaning, dust removal, and mop head drying feature, is an added bonus. One other important feature is the mop heads actually lift when going over carpet via some amazing sensor technology. This is great for keeping random bits of pet hair and daily dirt under control. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seriously in love with the convenience of this! I have 2 dogs and 2 kids so being able to vacuum AND mop every day is life changing. The app is easy to use and very user friendly. It was easy to set up right out of the box. The navigation of the robot as it moves around the house is better than anything I’ve seen. There are different cleaning modes which I love as well so if you want it to be quieter you can set it to a lower mode which we love to be able to do at night when we go to bed. The mop pads spin in a circular motion which I think helps buff the floor and make it shine better. This robot vacuum is helping me to keep my house cleaner while freeing up time for me to worry about other things! I love it! I received an incentive to write this review.

It maps your home and then will vacuum, mop, and self empty the dirt and debris into the base and return to the base to charge. It’s very efficient and convenient to have. You download the app and can schedule when it will run or what areas it will go to. It’s very simple to empty the dirty water bin and refill and the clean water. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for giving me my time back! I did need to invest 1hr into setting up and mapping my two story home in the app but it’s worth it. This robot vaccumed my carpets and mopped my hardwood well, I'm impressed with how dirty the dirty water tank is. It could be nice if it came with a cleaning solution to test out the effectivness. Indicates not to use any other cleaner as it can damage the robot, you can purchase their solution on Amazon. I like the bristles that push out debris from corners and walls, it covers the entire floor. My formal dining chairs base seem to get the robot stuck, I would need to move the chairs or avoid this area. It did take over a full charge to clean our 4 bedroom home, next time I will schedule on alternate days as I set up optimized charging to charge during non-peak hours. Overall, this robot is a sleek design and does a good job. It doesn’t replace my manual vaccum or mopping system but it does reduce the number of times I need to manually clean.
