Got these for Christmas, have used them 3 times and whilst They straighten well they do snag my hair but most disappointingly the plastics has started to melt next to the plate

I have been eyeing this for a few years now and been nervous because of all the bad reviews. This is a big investment! Background I have long (mid back) wavy hair with bangs. My old straightener is about 10 years old and I travel alot. So having a cordless straightener would help me so much when I go to hotels with wierd outlets, or want to walk around while doing my hair.
Im so glad I bought this!! It takes me about 20 minutes to do my hair, when I straighten all of it. Most of the time I just do my bangs. I charge the straightener once a week if im only doing my bangs.
I would recommened this if you have easy to straighten hair! I didnt find it too heavy, and it heats up quick!

I've returning this straightener after two months of use because:
-advertised as cordless but lasts extremely short time off full charge
-its very heavy, due to the battery, therefore my arms feel tired after using lol
-NOT smooth straightening/styling, snags alot if I try to use it to curl
I originally thought this was nice because of the cordless feature, however it's just really not worth it's huge price tag, thats why theres so many bad reviews!

This straightener is the worst straightener. I think I've ever owned in my entire life. I've owned a lot of hair straightener and I can definitively say this is the worst. My hair doesn't stay straight with it despite using products where is my Chi works just fine. The whole cordless concept is a complete joke. I can't even get a quarter of my head done with this thing. Saying this thing is cordless is a complete joke.

I own all dyson hair products. Save your money on the straightener. I purchased for the convenience of it being cordless. The only issue is that it only holds the charge for 15 minutes. Even if it was charging and it says i have over 50% charged, it would die! Have owned since 05/2020 and now my item no longer works! Dyson do better this is a pricey item.

I wanted to love this so badly, but the quality is horrible. I've had 4 - the first stopped working after 4 months. Dyson sent a replacement through their warranty. The second lasted 3 months, they sent another replacement that made it about 7 months the fourth wouldn't hold a charge. I gave up and dyson offered me credit for another product instead, which I'm much happier with and have had no issues with. The Corrale sounds good on paper but the execution just isn't there

I have trued every straightener ( high end) and this is my favorite. My hair is healthier, shinier and fuller than with other irons. Not sure sbout the negative reviews as it is fabulous.

I own a Dyson Corrale hair straightener. When traveling, the flight ready tag had to be removed from the device. The security team at the airport lost it. While Dyson indicates that they have replacement parts available, the flight ready tag has been out of stock for 6 months. This $5 part which controls if the device is usable is unavailable. They offered a replacement device, but the replacement device does not come with the flight ready tag. DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE.

I have had two and they stop working right at the two year mark. The battery starts going out first. Its bad enough the charge doesnt last long right from the beginning.

I like the idea of having a cordless straightener but the battery life is so low that you don’t get to realize the true benefits of it. I can’t straighten all of my hair (and my hair is shoulder length) in one charge. Disappointing for the price.

I got the dyson straightener for my birthday about 2-3 years ago. It worked good but i didn't notice anything different vs. a regular straightener other than using it cordless. The cordless feature lasted about 30mins but now it barely stays on for a minute unless i use the cord. Not worth the price.

Not sure about the reviews! So glad i never saw any when they released this product, ive been using it since and my hairdresser said thst she is impressed with how healthy my hair looks. The battery lasts for 1 use only and a little more left over so thats the only part i'd love to see change. In the beginning i couldnt even finish my hair in one charfe so i was sad but i got better and better at handling it and it got easier ans faster.
I have 3c curls, medium hair strands and thick for the amount of hair.

Ibpaid way too much for this to die so quickly. Holds a charge fur sbout 1 minute then you have to use cord. Plus when tragelibgbits very heavy.

The product brand is good, the product is good, however, the battery has a terrible lifespan. I couldn't finish doing my hair with the battery fully charged. Before I finished, the battery ran out. I returned it because the product is too expensive for that to happen.

Please look at all the 1-2 star ratings they ALL say the same thing. I loved this straightener for the first two years and they it stopped holding a charge. Its a shame because it was a great product when it worked. You
need to make changes Dyson this produce is far from perfect.
