I like this steam mop. It was easy to put together, and looks good. The tank holds enough water to be able to cover my main entry way, mud room, living room, dinning room, and kitchen. The cord is also a good length and I don’t have to switch outlets as frequently. Being able to release extra steam makes cleaning spills effortless. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend this product.

There are a lot of positives reviews on the Bissell 1940 steam mop and was pretty closing on purchasing it. But I was able to find a photos of the internal boiler for both Bissell and Euroflex Vapour M2R. The steam boiler looked much more robust and a cleaner design with the stream generation closer to mop head vs located in the mop handle. With the boiler located in the mop head the steam has less time to cool and you end up with higher temperature steam. Even though there are not many reviews for the Euroflex, the 5 year warranty is what sold me and to take a chance with the product. I used the steam mop twice and I am more then happy. The low profile head allows me to get under the sofa and low overhangs. I am also happy with my purchase and would recommend.

I purchased an open box M2R steam mop from the Euroflex website in September 2023 and I am very satisfied with it. It has outperformed all the steam cleaners I have used in the past and pushes out lots of hot steam, from both the bottom and sides of it. The only difference between the open box version and brand new version was receiving a funnel with a measuring filler cup versus the fill bottle which made no difference to me as they both complete the task of adding water to the boiler. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality steam cleaner and does not want to have to continually replace their steam cleaners when they stop functioning. They provide a 5-year warranty and that also reassures me that they stand behind their product.

My former steam mop broke after 14 years so I bought this to replace it. It's very light even with water in it. It says it is a dry steam which I wasn't sure about but it is. My former steam mop left a wet floor. This one is clean and dry. So I was comfortable using it on our sealed hardwood floors. The only negative is it doesn't quite fit under the edges of my kitchen counters. I do love a steam mop for cleaning. I sweep and vacuum first to get the big stuff up then steam mop. I like that I can leave the excess water in it instead of having to empty it each time And did I mention how light it is? I also use it on my area carpets. Also I love the five year warranty! It's
