Super watery ice from the get go. By the time it's finished with the whole cycle it's all melted. I'll be returning unfortunately.

Of course can’t have high expectations for what you pay, but does exactly what it portrays. 26lbs daily only if you constantly refill it. If you encounter “Add Water” issue: just unplug and plug back in. Makes living in a small space that much better :-)

Honestly would give 0 stars if I could. I really liked it, for the 5 months it worked. If you’re gonna get one, just pay more and get a nice one. This one WILL quit working, then you’ll end up spending the same replacing it as you would have a nice one to begin with. Extremely disappointed.

I liked the compact size of this but it didn’t keep the ice frozen. The ice was always wet, like it had been left out in the sun for 30 minutes. Retuned it because of that issue.

Best purchase ever. The ice is perfect texture the ice machine makes small and big ice. It makes it quickly. Easy to assemble and easy to clean. Comes with a small ice shovel.

This broke just under a year of owning it. I had bought the extended warranty big mistake. When it was broke they said because I bought the warranty I couldn't bring it back I had to go through the warranty then the extended warranty said it was still in the 1 year window then the company took 2 weeks to handle my claim which was I had to package the unit up and ship it to them at my expense which cost nearly half the price of the ice machine. I have tried 4 different brands of these ice makers. This one performs the best! I am so happy with it.

This doesn't have a built-in refrigerator of sorts. The ice constantly melts and sticks together because it just has that little flimsy clear plastic lid on the top. Furthermore, the way that it stacks the ice, it stacks at a flat slope to trick the ice maker into thinking that it's full when it is not. You have to use the scoop to constantly scrape that top slope down to the other side of the basket so that it will reactivate and make more ice. The only time this thing would be worth anything to anybody is unless you only needed a few cubes at a time and you were ready and prepared to use them right then. What I wanted it for was to make the ice cubes and then sit there in the cool staying cold until I needed them the next time. They only put out like six cubes at a time so I needed several rounds of these cubes to be made and waiting nice and cold for my yeti mug when I needed it. It doesn't work that way though. Over time, the ice sticks together, melts and drips back into the reservoir to be made into ice again so it doesn't keep - not even for the rest of the day; let alone overnight. I should have paid more attention. When I went to my local Target to pick up this ice maker, almost all of them had been returned. I had to get a friend of mine to climb up on the shelf and grab one from the very back that had not been used. That should have been my sign not to take this product. I'm not paying $100 for temporary ice. It takes so long to make enough to fill a cup up with and then on top of that the instructions say to empty out the water every 24 hours for hygiene purposes. You can only pull this ice maker out during parties on the spot to make a couple of shot glasses worth of ice and it's going to take a good little while to do that. Otherwise, this thing is completely useless.

It says right on it there’s a warning for cancer and reproductive harm. Can’t even trust products to not try to kill us anymore. Honestly disgraceful and sickening.

30+ mins and less that half the basket has iced (The basket is fairly small) I’m hoping to return, I threw away its box 😣

Perfect size for a smaller kitchen. Recommend this for the girls party night or get together for the smooth drinks Pina colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, and smoothies.
