Q: Can this be used on the following plants? And how much of this should I be feeding each one? Petunias Minute man hosta Pothos Hibiscus Bougainvillea
A: Hi Sarah! Great question! Yes, the Good Dirt plant food is seed-based and contains all the nutrients in a seed and therefore, all the nutrients any plant needs to thrive. It is gentle and effective. If you are watering outdoors, use 3 capfuls in a gallon of water. For indoors, use 1 capful per gallon of water. Our concentrated food goes a long way. Our 15 oz bottle makes up to 60 gallons of food for your plants. It is NOT salt-based like commercial fertilizers, so no need to worry about root burn. It blends easily with the water, and no need for measuring utensils other than the bottle cap itself. Happy Spring!

Q: This product leaked onto my paver driveway and caused a white stain that I can not seem to remove. Can you give me a suggestionas to how I can remove the stain?
A: Thank you for reaching out. Although our plant food is low in salts, the pH is 5.0. If it was not washed off quickly, it is likely an acidic etch. Pressure washing the paver or using muriatic acid may resolve the issue. We recommend always having a saucer under pots that are on concrete or wood to avoid damage. Please let us know if we can be of further help.
