This coffee maker has been really easy to use. I love that it has an option for iced coffee too! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once I secured coffee filters, this was easy to figure out. It made wonderful coffee, the smell filled the house up. It is also very easy to clean. Figuring out how to brew good coffee with it was also easy to do. I didn't use the iced coffee part but I'm sure I will when summer comes. We do need the proper filters for it, but what we had worked.

Do not recommend. Quit brewing after just 6 months. Just completely won’t brew coffee. Powers source fine. Plug fine. Digital pad on & working. Just won’t brew. Before it shut down, the brewing function that kept burner hot shut off randomly, not the 2-hrs instructions said. Also the water reserve was not accurate measure of water. Our previous B&D coffee maker lasted more than a decade. We only retired it bc the plastic lid broke and was lopsided. Wish we would have kept it.

Ceased to function after a few months. The company doesn’t seem to be staffed by humans. No chat, no one answers the phone, the automated email response says it might take a few weeks to get a first response back from them. I also foolishly bought an extended warranty so perhaps in 8 months I can get a replacement.

The two hour auto start does not last for two hours. It turns off suddenly. The ice maker is not good! Melts all of the ice while brewing which then waters down the coffee.

You can either brew fresh hot coffee or iced coffee. This can be programmed with a 24 hour brew delay. It has touch activated display buttons. For the iced coffee is that you just add ice cubes to the carafe. There is also a pause button if you need that first cup of coffee really quick!

Took the coffee pot out of box to use, filled the reservoir with water and it immediately leaks out the bottom. Is not holding water in the reservoir and I had water everywhere. Returning.
