Q: How much electricity does this use? I want to use my battery pack to power it for a camping trip and I need to know the wattage.

We cannot advise using this fan on a different power circuit, even with a converter, as that cna damage the fan and will void the warranty. The reviews are weird. The product is how a typical fan sounds. Fans designed like these are not going to be super quiet. Tower fans are the type of fans someone should buy if they are sensitive to noise! This fan packs a lot of punch to be only 20 inches. I don’t have ceiling fans in my apartment so this is perfect for my bedroom. Love the oscillating feature. First night I wasn’t tossing and turning from being hot since my building turned off the air since we are now in the fall season.

it came in after being delayed for a day. the box came in it’s original packaging all damaged and looked like someone retapped it after opening it. i take the fan out and it’s all damaged inside of it. it won’t even work after turning on because the fan will get stuck on the broken pieces inside.

When I ordered the fan, the actual size of it didn't cross my mind until I picked it up. It's nearly the size of a 20 inch box fan. But with oscilation and pivot. And this thing moves a ton of air. It's surprisingly quiet for the size and I love how easily it cools my bedroom down. It's a true whole room air circulator. For the price, it's a winner.

Great for the price. I bought a Lasko oscillating pedestal fan from Amazon for $40 and it felt so cheap and flimsy and barely felt a breeze at top speed. Decided to give this $35 fan a try and wow. I feel from across the room and it’s only at the second speed (has 3 speeds just like the Lasko). It also feels sturdier than that other fan. I am very pleased with this Honeywell fan.
