Q: How do I get the trickling water sound to stop? There is a constant dripping / waterfall sound.

I thought humidifier because you don’t need to purchase a filter. I should’ve read the reviews before I purchased. It works for a few minutes, and then it stops. I have to open it press anything everything to make it work again. The lights worked the first day. Unfortunately, every time I open it. I make a mess of water. I am definitely returning this back.

I made the mistake of buying this without reading the reviews first. I bought this on January 1st and it worked pretty good at first. Then about 4 or 5 days ago it started to not want to turn on so I moved it into a different plug (we have old electrical and funky plugs so I thought that was the issue). The 2 days ago I went to turn it on and no steam (humidity) came out. I refilled the tank full and tried again and nothing. I left it on took a shower and came back and nothing. I immediately went to Google to see if maybe it was a me issue only to find out that this seems to be an all around issue with this model. DO NOT BUY!! I have already reached out and am returning it.

I don't usually get duds right out of the box, so I took my chance on this humidifier. But like everyone else, I filled it with water, plugged it in and got the pretty lights, but absolutely no cool mist. The light is green on the dial, but it seems like a design flaw with this model. Sadly I will be returning it.

Just got this humidifier about 2 weeks ago I love everything about it except when its on that water dripping sound can be annoying if you want a silent night…just because all night it sounds like water is dripping… idk if theres a wayy to stop that or thats just how it works. Other then this alot of mist shoots out which is great. Love how it has changing color night light

My HomeMedic humidifier (from Bed, Bath & Beyond) finally died after 20 or so years so bought this one as a replacement as they're so similar. I have no problem as far as it running and putting out a humidifying mist. The negative about this unit is that water drips out of the mist outlet and runs down on the floor no matter how low of setting you use. The outlet on this unit is smaller than the HomeMedic unit and I think that's the problem.

Seriously, it did not work straight out of the box. I filled it and left it on max and it took 5 min to start working, but after 4 hours it had stopped working again. I will be returning it tomorrow. It’s too bad, because the tank seems like it would be easy to clean and the lights are a fantastic function.
