    There is nothing to like about this product. It is an overpriced piece of dookie. It didn't even make it a full 5 months before the motor burned, rendering the thing useless. What a waste of money.

    I purchased this Keurig in August 2024 and already it has stopped working. I'm a single user and it has broken within six months. My family has also had to replace Keurig units and they are not the same quality they used to be. Disappointed overall.

    It worked for just over a year! I also noticed more steam was coming through where the K-Cup was placed within the last week of use until it decided to quit working now. Bad wiring, possibly, or does Keurig do this on purpose so you have to buy another one of their products?

    If u let this machine sit longer then a week it will no longer work. You have to take it apart and reaet the heating element. Also if the scaler comes on the instructions are completely wrong. Go to you tube for the correct instructions.

    Like many others, I only had mine for a little over a month before it stopped working completely. It was generally used on average 4 times a week. I will say that the Keurig customer service was incredibly helpful. After a 10 min call, within 4 days I was sent a new unit since I was well within the 1 year warranty period. We’ll see how many I go through in a year, but if any die after the warranty, I will definitely not be buying another.

    I bought this Sept 2023. By Jan 2025 it stopped working completely. That’s one year and three months and $130 down the drain. Target will not return unless it’s before 90 days and Keurig only backs their products for 1 year. So a year later I’m out $130 and still have no coffee. WORTHLESS! Do not buy unless you like to waste your money on junk.

    I'm on my 2nd one of these, and this one didn't last as long as the first. The 1st one I purchased stopped brewing after about 2 years. I descaled it according to the directions but the warning light never went off. I purchased my 2nd one about 8 months ago and it did the same thing. Perhaps I should just get one that doesn't have the iced function?

    Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear about this. Did you activate the Descale Mode on your K-Iced Plus coffee maker before starting the process? To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the descale process is complete, the DESCALE notification should turn off automatically. If you followed the correct process for the K-Iced Plus and are still experiencing this, please call our Consumer Care team at 866-901-2739, we will be more than happy to help.
