Like many others, I only had mine for a little over a month before it stopped working completely. It was generally used on average 4 times a week. I will say that the Keurig customer service was incredibly helpful. After a 10 min call, within 4 days I was sent a new unit since I was well within the 1 year warranty period. We’ll see how many I go through in a year, but if any die after the warranty, I will definitely not be buying another.

I bought this Sept 2023. By Jan 2025 it stopped working completely. That’s one year and three months and $130 down the drain. Target will not return unless it’s before 90 days and Keurig only backs their products for 1 year. So a year later I’m out $130 and still have no coffee. WORTHLESS! Do not buy unless you like to waste your money on junk.

I'm on my 2nd one of these, and this one didn't last as long as the first. The 1st one I purchased stopped brewing after about 2 years. I descaled it according to the directions but the warning light never went off. I purchased my 2nd one about 8 months ago and it did the same thing. Perhaps I should just get one that doesn't have the iced function?

Ordered Black Friday came 4 weeks later, went back and-forth between Cape Coral and Naples for a while checked tracking. Got finally my merchandise but the send me a used Keurig that dident work. Had to return to store, wish when I order merchandise it's not used, I paid for brand new merchandise and not a Keurig that was already used. Was very disappointed after I had to wait that long, and the just send me a used Keurig.

I have owned this less than 6 months and it all stopped working. I rarely used maybe a few times a week. Went to make a cup of tea and smelled burnt smell and it shut off. Will not turn on now. This maker does not have a one year warranty through registration. Have owned other Keurig makers and they lasted about 5 years.

Absolutely love the color of this simple keurig, hot or cold. It's just my husband and I who drink coffee occasionally so it's perfect! Set up was such a breeze just follow the instructions. Just used this morning 12/29 with the pods pictured, I chose vanilla Carmel on ice and ugh perfection! I like my coffee on sweet side so I did add sugar and cream, but I did taste it black nothing added and it tasted sooo good and smelt my kitchen up like a coffee shop. Only sad part is that the coupons were expired already. Hopefully reaching out to keurig they'll replace the coupons with updated ones.

If 1 star was an option..... Too many holes punched equals coffee grounds in your cup. Why are there 5 holes punched on top and one the bottom?
