Q: Which reusable filter is compatible with the K-Mini Go?
A: Use the Keurig My K-Cup Universal Reusable Filter with MultiStream Technology. To use this filter, you first have to remove the black insert that allows normal K cups to fit into the machine.

submitted byNot happy - 1 year agoA: I've tried several reusable pods and they just do not work with this machine. Customer service tells you to brew it without the adaptor removed but that makes a mess.

Q: How do I descale this machine?
A: This model does not have a Power button, so the instructions above do not work. I tried to do everything as above, but the Descale light is still lit. How do I get into Descale Mode without a Power?
submitted byShadyKay - 20 days agoA: Thank you for your question! STEP 1: Prepare the Brewer. Pour the entire bottle of Keurig® Descale Solution into an empty water reservoir. Then, fill the empty bottle with water and pour into the water reservoir. Do not insert a K-Cup® pod. Place a large mug on the drip tray. STEP 2: Descale the Brewer. To activate Descale Mode, begin with the brewer plugged in and powered off, then press and hold the 8oz and 12oz buttons together for 3 seconds. When flashing, press the brew button to start the descaling process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the ADD WATER light illuminates. STEP 3: Fresh Water Rinse. Empty the water reservoir and refill to the MAX fill line with fresh water. When flashing, press the brew button to start the rinsing process. Once the brew is complete, pour the hot liquid into the sink. Repeat this step until the DESCALE notification turns off. The brewer has now exited Descale Mode and will be ready for use! Q: Following the instructions to enable 'strong brew mode', but the button never flashes three times and 'strong brew mode' isn't enabled.
A: Not a fix, just adding that mine never let me set the permanent strong brew mode either. I tried every combination of events, nothing would ever work. I don't think that feature actually exists :(
submitted byLiz - 2 months agoA: Manual says can set the default setting to strong brew mode permanently by holding down the button until it flashes. Tred this several times, but I still have to press STRONG for each cup brewed
submitted byMike - 4 months agoA: Thank you for your question. The K-Mini Go coffee maker does have a Strong Brew Mode. It features a STRONG button, which can be selected before or right after choosing the cup size. This option allows for a bolder cup of coffee by increasing the brew time. We hope this helps!

Q: This does not fit the reusable K-Cup pod with/without the holder. Why are you constantly lying about this?
A: I think the purple reusable filters you mentioned are called "Perfect Pod". I use these myself, and where the bottom "pin" would normally have an open space for the pin to fit without damaging it, the entire bottom space is open, so no precise positioning required.

This accessory is compatible with all current Keurig models, including the K-Mini Go coffee maker. Please make sure that you are removing the 2.0 adaptor from the bottom of the accessory and the pod holder in your brewer. Q: Does this model heat the water to as high a temperature as the bigger models?
A: Nope, it does not. It does get hot just not as hot as the larger models.

Q: Does it dispense Hot water
A: Absolutely! Just lift and lower the handle without inserting a K-Cup pod and choose your cup size. The K-Mini Go will simply brew out hot water. We hope this helps!

Q: How is this different from the K Express coffee maker
A: Your height dimensions on the mini and the Express -- do they measure the pod holder lid open or closed?
submitted bymike - 6 months agoA: Thanks for your question! The K-Express coffee maker is available in the colors Black, Warm Stone, and Island Berry. The K-Mini Go is available exclusively at Target and is offered in the colors Totally Gray, Now Navy, and Viva Violet. The K-Express coffee maker dimensions are 12.63" H x 4.56" W x 12.87" D, while the K-Mini Go coffee maker dimensions are 12.1" H x 4.5" W x 11.3” D. Both coffee makers offer the same travel mug clearance with the drip tray removed, however the travel mug clearance does vary slightly when the drip tray is in place. The travel mug clearance (with drip tray) is 6.5" with the K-Express coffee maker and 6.2" with the K-Mini Go coffee maker.

Q: Can you make a cold / chill brew in all Kerig makers or do you have to specifically buy one that says for hot / cold brew?
A: You can always make cold coffee. That’s been my experience. Do not use glass. (I use a double insulated plastic mug.) Have your ice in the cup. Brew as you would, just use the smallest oz setting. Then, add flavorings if you desire.

Q: I have had my K-Mini less than a year and it stopped functioning. When I press the button with the amount of ounces I want, it drips until it fills about an ounce. Not sure what to do next!
