Q: Has anyone owned the Supreme Plus for at least a year without any issues? Reading several reviews and having to replace it in six months or less seems to be a reoccurring theme.

  • A: Got mine on 7/17/21 - it's still going strong. I only make 2 cups of coffee/day on average, so it doesn't get a big workout. I use a vinegar/water solution to descale. Hope I haven't jinxed it now!

  • A: I bought mine in July 2022. It died in Sept 2023, so a little more than 1 year. Before it died, it was throwing persistent "Add Water" error messages and finally died during a descale cleaning.

  • A: Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. Vinegar may also be used. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly. It should not be placed in the dishwasher.

    Don't waste your money on this one. It has an eternal flaw that can't be fixed. When it runs out of water the machine trips OFF as a safety precaution, but it will not turn back on. You have to take the outer shell off, insert a paperclip in the trip starter to get it back to working condition. I've had to do this several times. Look at the reviews on the internet and all of the videos of how to take the machine apart. That sums it up. It's a lemon! My old machine was so much better. FYI I just threw the machine in the trash and I'm using my old one now.

    I am not a coffee drinker. I am a Tea lover, of many different teas. This is my second same model, now on two separate floors in my house. I love the preset favorite settings, I use nothing less than the 12oz size and highly recommend this machine. The size is amazing, easy to fill, without a mess. I use both tea K-cups or tea bags and it is quiet.

    I bought this for the over ice feature. It seems to be hotter than the coolest temp setting. I prefer grounds opposed to pods and the keurig adapter is not a great fit and there are constantly grounds in my coffee. The plus is the size of the water tank in comparison to my former Keurig.
