Q: Has anyone owned the Supreme Plus for at least a year without any issues? Reading several reviews and having to replace it in six months or less seems to be a reoccurring theme.

  • A: I bought mine in July 2022. It died in Sept 2023, so a little more than 1 year. Before it died, it was throwing persistent "Add Water" error messages and finally died during a descale cleaning.

  • A: Got mine on 7/17/21 - it's still going strong. I only make 2 cups of coffee/day on average, so it doesn't get a big workout. I use a vinegar/water solution to descale. Hope I haven't jinxed it now!

  • A: Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. Vinegar may also be used. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly. It should not be placed in the dishwasher.

    I love my Keurig brewers. Yes, brewerS with a capital S. In the last 6 years, I have gone threw 5 brewers. The first was the Cuisinart Branded Keurig brewer - it lasted 2 years. I thought OK, I didn't buy the actual Keurig Branded brewer - Let's try again. I bought a basic entry-level brewer from Keurig - the "2.0" - didn't make it one year - the display pooched. Given that it didn't have all cup sizes I bought a larger brewer, with a larger reservoir. I'll hand it to that one - it's still working, but is used 3 months out of the year and just on weekend - at my camper. At home, I splurged and bought the K2500 Commercial brewer direct water connect. AWESOME - no more filling reservoir, and has replaceable parts I thought (as advertised). Heating element failed 18 months in, and Keurig can't even tell me where I can send it to get it repaired. (Yes, I still have it!) I then purchased a K-Supreme Plus. SWEET! Instant hot water, quick brew time, and 12 OZ, Yay! Yesterday, it just failed, 14 months in. The worst part? I JUST ORDERED ANOTHER ONE because I love the convenience. I am SO tired of replacing them, and need an alternative!! Urgh! Hate to love this product.

    Love everything about this brewer. You can totally customize your brew from strength and temp to size. The 3 point brew makes a difference in the taste. Love the extra large water tank and the handle on the front. Easy access. I’ve been using Keurig brewers for 15 years and this one is the best one yet!

    Target failed. My same-day delivery order kept getting delayed until the next morning. Needing it sooner, I went to the store, but the item wasn’t on the shelf despite the app showing it in stock. I bought a different model and had to cancel my original order.     We really like this machine. However, it is also our 3rd one. It stops working every 17 months; so outside warranty. We've lived in 2 different locations so its not the electrical outlet. We just got the 3rd one and noticed that the 12oz meaure is more like 10. I havent tested each one to see if they are all "off". I use a preset for my coffee and it seems to give the proper meaurement. Otherwise, love the machine and its options.

    My kuerig supreme recently stopped working. The company very generously sent us a new one. I am very very pleased with this service. The new machine came quickly and is brand new. The people I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. I hope my new kuerig supreme lasts longer than the last since I assume I will not be able to replace it again. But I am satisfied with the service I received and do really like the coffee that this machine makes when it’s working properly.
