Q: Has anyone owned the Supreme Plus for at least a year without any issues? Reading several reviews and having to replace it in six months or less seems to be a reoccurring theme.
A: Got mine on 7/17/21 - it's still going strong. I only make 2 cups of coffee/day on average, so it doesn't get a big workout. I use a vinegar/water solution to descale. Hope I haven't jinxed it now!

submitted byLoyal Customer - 3 months agoA: I bought mine in July 2022. It died in Sept 2023, so a little more than 1 year. Before it died, it was throwing persistent "Add Water" error messages and finally died during a descale cleaning.
submitted byLMM - 1 year agoA: Mine too. youtube says you can reset the thermostat.You have to take it all apart to get to it! Appears that there are many many problems with this machine. Not sure if I want to buy into it again SAD

Q: Why do I have grounds consistently in my cup and in the pod chamber. This is a piece of junk. Don’t waste your hard earned money

A: Thank you for your inquiry. The K-Supreme Plus coffee maker only takes 45 to 75 seconds to brew a cup of coffee, depending on the size and strength selected. We hope this helps!

Q: what are the temperature settings I am looking for a steaming strong cup of coffee? How hot and what Fahrenheit are the temperature settings?
A: The K Supreme Plus has three temperature settings determined by the cup size selected. The in cup temperature on the smallest brew size can start at 160 and go to 172 degrees on the largest cup size.

Q: How do you wash the water reservoir? Also can it be taken out to wash? How long would you leave the water in the reservoir?
A: Similar to other household appliances, Keurig coffee makers require basic maintenance in order to keep them clean and functioning properly. For best results, we recommend descaling every 3 months using our descaling solution to keep the coffee maker free from scale or lime build up. Vinegar may also be used. The water reservoir should be cleaned weekly by wiping it with a soapy, lint-free, non-abrasive cloth and rinsing thoroughly. It should not be placed in the dishwasher.

Q: Why does my Supreme plus keep flashing descale when we just bought it, cleaned it with the K-cleaning fluid, and have only used it a few times?

Q: Does it shut off automatically?
