Just arrived today couldn't wait. A bit of crazy fun to start off. My pasta dough started out too soft (my usual recipe). Once I added more flour it was all on. Amazing results, very clever machine. I didn't even mind the clean up of picking out the dough from the disc's, allowed me time to sit down with a cuppa. Fabulous, thanks designers.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have used the press twice. The first time I made rigatoni and it went flawlessly. The second time I was making spaghetti and the spaghetti died broke and is now not usable

Terrible product. The dough does not come out smoothly. It keeps getting stuck in the attachment and does not produce pasta. What a mess. A total waste of money. I own many attachments and this was the only one that was so terrible that I needed to review. KitchenAid was no help. Do not buy.

Works great, I do wish the rigatoni blade twisted naturally but it doesn’t, you have to do that part by hand. The dough can soft or tough but make sure it’s not sticking to your hands. I did a test run with dough that had egg and water and it needed to be much more dry to cut cleaner from the extruder

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased a couple weeks ago. Have used it once found it fairly difficult to get dough to pass through the machine. Had to keep flouring the dough as it was very sticky.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this forChristmas and the whole family is loving it!! I do wish the instructions were a little more detailed, but I was able to find YouTube videos that helped. It is true that you have to be careful not to overheat the attachment or the mixer. So, to make the entire recipe that’s given in the instructions at one time may be asking too much of the mixer. It needs to rest and cool off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with my purchase. Makes a good variety of pasta shapes and is pretty intuitive to use. I will admit there's a pretty involved cleaning process for the pressing discs, and I feel like there is a always certain amount of dough that won't be pushed through the press, unless there is something I'm missing! But I'm still happy with it and plan to use it frequently.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use but difficult ( time consuming) to clean. Created pasta too thick for our liking. Maybe better with finer flour

I purchased this product 3 years ago. I made pasta 5 times before the internal gearing in the pasta press broke. I followed instructions and never did anything "crazy" with the pasta press. It feels cheap and uses cheap plastic components. It was fun while it lasted, but now I am throwing it out since I am well past the warranty period.
