Bought for grandson's 3rd birthday. He can put the planets in order from the Sun so absolutely loved this projector. He started with the ceiling then realised he could move the image onto various things. Lots of amusement.

This is an amazing projector. The images are very clear and varied. With it being portable, you can carry it around and project the images onto different surfaces and make them small or big. Wonderful space themed product.

Perfect for my space-obsessed toddler. He’s very “hands-on” and wants to do everything for himself (he’s almost 3 years old.) We originally purchased a “fancier” one that was accurate and nice but too advanced for a toddler. This one is designed perfectly for a 3-year old who is rough with toys. He likes to tote the orb by the handle from room to room. Easy to use and great for tactile learning and practicing those fine motor skills. Cannot recommend enough for the age range.

This is a wonderful toy. It would be even better if you offered other learning disks for the projector.

Doesn't work. Put in brand new AAA batteries, double and triple checked that they were in right but it won't turn on. Very disappointing.

My 5 year old saw this in the store and was excited that it showed Saturn on one disc. When putting it out for him to use it had a disc of the moon, one of dinosaurs and one of animals. Needless to say now I have an upset 5 year old.

Excellent way for young ones to understand Space!

My 2-year old knows how to identify Jupiter and Saturn, Mars and Earth... because of this tool she makes better observations that she sees in the sky - like the afternoon moon or entrails that she calls "comets." Because it is light and interactive, she wants to learn how to use it. It definitely needs a helping hand, but it doesn't take long for her to get what to do. My daughter's neighborhood friend will come over and they will lay on the floor of the room and ask for a "moon show." It's so cool to see kids this young interested and understanding the massiveness of the Earth and our relationship to the moon - in addition to all the other slide images it includes. Great product. Best feature besides the great images and fun manual focus? The auto shut-off! I received this product as part of an incentivized review program.

My just-turned-4 year old daughter really enjoys this. She likes looking at a planet as she goes to sleep at night. I like how the timer turns this off automatically so I don't have to go back in to turn it off. It would be nice if there was a way to view like a slideshow, but for a simple product, it works well.

I remember how much fun I had with a projector kind of like this when I was a little girl. It was very hard to find anything similar so I was excited when I saw this and bought it for my little girl for Christmas.

I received this product as part of an incentive program, and am so glad I did, my kids (4 & 6) love it! It is simple to use, very kid friendly and a fun addition to any playroom. My kids love flipping through the different slides, incorporating the projections into their play. The handle makes it easy to move or carry around, and there is a nice selection of different space related images. I do wish it came with a guide booklet or laminated sheet for kids with the images labeled- it would help with knowing which planet is which. But other than that, this is a great toy, and I would highly recommend it!

My 3 year old daughter just got her own bedroom and we use this to calm her at night and look at the stars together, images are clear and we love laying in her big girl bed and learning new things about the galaxy. I am going to buy one for my nephew, he loves stars and planets.

GREAT PROJECTOR TO START THE LOVE OF OUR SOLAR SYSTEM

5 out of 5 stars

This is a great toy to start younger children about our solar system. It is extremely easy to use, and the colors are bright and fun. It is so easy to operate you really do not need instruction. My 4 year old son was so excited to get this that it was dropped right out of the box on our hardwood floor; not once but twice within a couple of days. I was figuring that something might have cracked or loosened in the inside but to my surprise it worked great. (Note: not all batteries are created equal some brands might not work so try energizer). This toy is in my son bedroom and he has gone back to it on several occasions; usually right before bedtime. He has gotten so creative that he is making up stories to go along with the disks and gets mad if I change the slide to fast. My only complaint is that I wish you could purchase more disks. Other than that I think it is a wonderful toy.

This is an easy to use educational toy. I do wish the direction book came with more info on the slides so I could walk my kids through all the images better, and more accurately. The pictures are very clear and realistic looking. I would definitely buy more slides.

I received this product as part of an incentivised review program. I gave it to my nephew who is 5. He is obsessed with planets and loves looking up at the projected images at night. He askes me questons about the projections and then we decide to learn about the things he has questions about the next day. The projector is a great nighttime activity for bedtime as it can be a calming activity at this time.
