"Original" was way better and came with multiple blades. This is a distinct drop in quality and it shows in both look and feel and operation. Why degrade your product offering over time when you could have improved? It is sad the first model was better and the company couldn't keep that standard.

I just bought this tonight to make a homemade ranch sauce… used it to make two batches and it stopped working. Seriously? After 1.5 uses it gives out. I wouldn’t waste my time or money looking at this thing. Will be returning tomorrow. Very disappointed.

The blade is too small and the motor is too weak. You get what you pay for in this case. Spend a few extra bucks on a better blender.

Only used it once and the motor gave out. When I was trying to make kale smoothies it didn’t chop up any of the kale at all. Smells like machine oil even when I’m not using any frozen items. DO NOT BUY.

We bought this product several years ago and have used it for everything plus. I am sad that we can not buy the replacement part that drives the blades in the cups. Now we have the main body that is not useable and the cups. The piece that is broken is not showing as a replaceable part.
Definitely got what i paid for.

I purchased my first Magic Bullet in 2016. This year, the motor finally fizzled. After 8 great years, I was relieved to discover they still produced Magic Bullets and purchased a new one the next day. I should have done more research--when I tried to use my magic bullet for a simple banana smoothie, it churned and churned (and smelled bad too). After a minute, the frozen banana had still not been blended. The strange thing is that this company also makes the "Nutribullet" which is twice the price and what I'm using now. My hypothesis is that the company sabotaged their own OG Magic Bullet so they could turn more profits.

Honestly, the blender can barely blend frozen fruit. I have to add so much liquid to it, that it ends up just tasting unsweetened. Not to mention the weird smokey smell that comes out of it when trying to make a normal smoothie. This blender is like railroad tracks, you can buy it once for cheap, but it won't last and won't really do the job. I would not recommend it for those who would prefer a thick and creamy smoothie, or any smoothie at all.

Terrible, worst smoothie blender I’ve ever tried. Barely has enough power to crush the ice of a smoothie. Also, you have to shake the whole thing violently to help it along.
