I have both, actually I have the magic bullet, the nutribullet, dessert bullet and the vitamix and blendtec and stick blender. They all have their uses. I love my magic bullet for small blendings like dressings, parsley etc, The nutribullet great for individual smoothies (magic bullet not good for smoothies) and vitamix and bledtec for heavy duty blending like hot soups.

I have been using this blender daily for the last three years, and I am glad that I made the choice to purchase this specific brand. While many other brands offer similar products at a cheaper price, I found that the Nutribullet brand specifically is worth spending a little more for a product that will last. I liked this product enough to purchase another as a gift for my younger brother when he went away to college. The base of the blender is heavy enough that I don't worry about knocking it over and the stainless-steel finish keeps it looking clean after years of daily use. I like that the blender comes preassembled and ready for use out of the box, and I appreciate how the unit is portable and durable. My only knock on this item is that the blender blade area is a little hard to thoroughly clean out between uses. I found the best way to clean this part is by removing the rubber ring that fastens the cup to the blade and running it through the dishwasher. Overall, this is a great blender at a reasonable price that you won't have to worry about replacing for years. I would absolutely recommend this purchase for anyone who is looking for a medium-sized blender that can be taken on the go!

Easy to make daily smoothie with ice to fresh or frozen fruits and veggies. Clean easily and never cut myself cleaning it. Use it religiously until wore out years later

Blender self-tightens when it runs and is impossible to remove the blade section. Every single time, i have to wrap a strap around the lid just to get it off. I'm just throwing it in the trash.

We've had VitaMixers, Ninja, and various other blenders. Our Nutribullet outlasted them all. It has traveled with us and made delicious smoothies and shakes for many years. Sadly, it has reached the end of a very long life today, so I am back to buy a new one and plan to enjoy many more years with this outstanding product. Seriously. If you want a quick, easy protein shake or delicious smoothie, look no further. NutriBullet is used daily in our home of 7. It's easy to clean too.

I had an old cheap blender before & wanted one that would blend frozen fruit so that I didn’t have to keep remembering to get my fruit out of the freezer the night before for my smoothies. This does the job perfectly & amazingly quickly. My only regret is that I bought the starter kit. With hindsight I would have got the full kit. I have no handles, lids or spare cups. That’s on me though. Overall would highly recommend.

I owned this blender for five years and used it maybe 10 times and it will now not even turn on. There are much better blenders out there besides this one.
