A: Please follow the steps outlined below: Turn the dial 3 times to the right and stop on the first number of the sequence. Turn the dial to the left, pass the first number of the sequence and stop on the second number. Turn the dial to the right and stop on the third number of the sequence. Pull up on the shackle.

We bought two locks. Both of them are defective products.Both of them only lasted 6 months long. For tbe first one got stuck and needed to be cut opened. For the second one, the combination area fell off.

I began swimming in 1982, and have kept my trusty Master combo lock all those years, at many different pools, in many different states. Today this lock finally gave up - 40 years was a good run!

Worked fine first couple of times, eventually started opening less with the shackle getting stuck. Only had for a few months and now I need to tug the top a few times to get it open, makes it look like I’m trying to break into a locker at the gym

I purchased a 1500D dial lock for securing a storage unit. On the package it says it is a hardened steel shackle that is cut resistant. However on the front of the package it gives a security rating of 3 out of 10. That should have been a red flag right away! We received a phone call from the storage facility telling us that the padlock was cut off. Luckily nothing was taken. I will continue to purchase Masterlock products however not this inferior lock. Save your money and do not purchase this lock!

The combination dial is easy to turn and the lock itself does not stick or come unlocked when being tugged on. Works well if you are looking for a typical padlock.
