For greater convenience, we encourage consumers to store their combination at our secure website, Masterlockvault.com, which is easy to use and offers 24/7 access. The part where you were supposed to turn to each number did not even turn. It appeared jammed, and no matter what I did, it refused to moved. Very frustrated as I needed it promptly and can't use it.

lock combination given didn’t work to open the lock. i def did it correctly and had like 5 other people try to open it. literally money down the drain, truly unprofessional from master and target as there’s no clear way to get a return on this opened item or to get the actual lock combo. buy at your own risk 💀

Don’t buy this item. I bought it for the color but the lock doesn’t work. I’ve used these types of locks before and had no problem with them. The code doesn’t match the lock or the lock simply doesn’t work at all.
