A: Open lock and withdraw the shackle. Pull spring loaded metal end cap off. Remove all 4 or 5 combination wheels. IMPORTANT: Make sure the red marks remain aligned with Master logo. Install wheels so your desired combination aligns with the Master logo. Snap metal end cap back into place. (Note: If end cap will not mount properly, check wheels to make sure they are right side up.) Close shackle and scramble wheels to lock.

This lock stopped working after 5 months. Ordered another and it did the same thing. I’m seeing that return window expired so now I’ve purchased 2 locks that don’t work. These should last for longer than this; poor quality

I was very disappointed with this lock. I used it for a year, but in that year, I only handled it about 6 times because it was used to lock a storage room in the basement that I rarely use. It is now broken and does not lock.

This lock is easy to use and being able to reset the combination will be great. The lock itself is very durable and the numbers are easy to rotate. It can be a bit tricky to get everything lined up just so but the ability to set your own combination is worth it.
