Because excessive drying of the skin can occur, it is recommended to start with one application daily, then gradually increase to two or three times daily if needed or as directed by a doctor. Q: Can I still use products my dermatologist gave me and my normal Cerave cleanser as long as I have a moisturizer so it doesn't dry my face out or cause irritation?

I really don’t see much difference with this. Sometimes it actually seems to irritate my blemishes and make them worse. I’ve had luck with Differin in the past, so maybe it’s just that this generic brand is a bad formula.

You’re definitely want to rub this product on damp skin, or mix it with another product you like or some oil because it dries white on darker skin and makes your skin dry. But other than that it is AMAZING! I literally seen a different in a day I’m not even lying!!

I got adult cystic acne in my mid 20s, and had to get multiple cysts removed but my skin was the worst its ever been as an adult. I tried many different products from brands like cerave and cetaphil and nothing helped, it was not getting better. Someone suggested I add this to my skincare routine and within a week my skin looked the best it had in 6 months. Now my skin is actually clear, I can’t believe it. This earned its spot as something I will always have handy for spot treatment. Often if I see any kind of pimple coming in I use this on it immediately and the redness goes away, with no pimple ever coming out. Potentially the best thing Target sells. I cannot recommend enough
