These helped me feel calmer, they’re great for me to just have around in the cute tin.

I’ve tried to use this product around 7 separate times, but have only been able to open the tin twice! I’ve let my husband, co-workers, and a couple friends try to open the tin and no one was able to open it!! The packaging is terrible.

I was so hoping that this would calm me down. NOT! THE REACTION WAS JUST TERRIFYING! After it melded in my mouth within minutes my heart started to beat a hundred miles an hour. My head felt like it was going to explode! I also got extremely dizzy. I honestly felt like I was going to die. I get very uptight and nervous because of the environment that I live in. My blood pressure gets sky high and they refuse to give me sedatives where I am. Like a dummy I thought I would try it out again a week later thinking that it would be better. NOT AT ALL. PLEASE do not use these people. This ridiculous product made feel horrible for a couple of hours.

These taste good and remind me of the ice breakers sours that came in a tin. However, I don’t know that they are that effective. They taste good and I think the fact that you allow them to slowly dissolve in your mouth works to distract all your energy into defusing the words you might want to blurt out.
