Never worked properly, doesn’t froth well with alternate milks, lights flash from one button to the other then shuts off and the power switch needs to be turned off and on for it to work again also after every coffee you need to clean the milk frother thoroughly or it won’t work

I had a Breville Nespresso that didn't really seem to heat up enough and the espresso seemed off... This machine heats the water up much more and the crema is much better too. Loving it !

Extremely poor quality machine. I had the Lattissima Pro for five years, and I loved it. But when it died, I found it was no longer manufactured. I purchased this machine, and it has never worked properly since day one. About half the time, the small milk container falls to the floor. Yes, imagine 5 ounces of milk all over your dry clean only rug. It tells me to clean the milk system after use, but it doesn't work. The water comes out sometimes when I have not even pushed the button. I don't know what to replace it with, since the pro is no longer available, and most of the other machines get lousy reviews as well.

I’ve been using the Nespresso Lattissima One for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid machine if you’re looking for convenience. The biggest plus is how easy it is to make lattes and cappuccinos with the one-touch milk frothing system—no fussing with separate frothers or extra steps. The milk container is small, which is great if you don’t want to waste milk, but it does mean refilling often if you’re making multiple drinks. The coffee quality is what you’d expect from Nespresso—consistent, smooth, and with a good variety of pods to choose from. It heats up quickly, and clean-up is fairly easy since most parts are detachable. The downside? The milk froth isn’t as thick or silky as a dedicated steam wand would make, but for an automatic machine, it does a decent job. Also, if you like larger drinks, the cup size options can feel a bit limited. If you want barista-style coffee without the hassle of a full espresso setup, it’s a great choice. Just keep in mind that it’s best for single servings rather than making back-to-back drinks for a group.

Disappointed with this. Milk frothing system has to be cleaned after making one cup of coffee, so constantly washing that unit. Also not able to set my coffee to milk ratio that I like (there is a maximum of the amount of espresso coffee I can set it at…I would rather more coffee/less milk)…. So this machine will suit you if you like more milk in your drink…but you will have to rinse out the frother unit after every single cup you make!

I purchased this machine 2 years ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the milk frother. The single and double esspresso option work fine, but when I put milk to make a drink, it works 50% of the time correctly. Today it appeared to try to heat up, then all the lights started flashing and it would make nothing. I have had the frother replaced once and it worked correctly for a little bit and now it is constantly malfunctioning again.

We have had this machine for over 8 years, and it’s been perfect. Easy to clean and look after. Easy to use. We love it

After reading the brief instructions, I am still in the dark on how to make coffee they way I want or like. For example, I wouldn't mind something like the picture above but I have no clue how to do that. I wish I hadn't bothered, as the expense is not worth the little extra of it frothing your milk. Wish I'd stuck to the basic one.

I have the lattissma. It has been back for repair twice under warranty Nespresso refused to replace it with a new one the second time. Very disappointed in this product and Nespresso. They did say I would get free coffee with repaired machine but that didn’t happen either I now wonder how long before it stops working again. I would avoid buying this product from my experience

I bought this machine around three months ago, it makes the best coffee, once you have set it to your requirements and found the coffee of your choice, it is fantastic coffee every time. A few comments have been made about being hard to clean the milk dispenser, not sure why, it's easy.

I have owned this for 18 months, and have struggled with the constant cleaning ( we dont use the milk component) required to stop the coffee tasting bitter. I have an older machine. at use in another building that requires next to no cleaning. This machine has been sent back to Nespresso because of this but they assure me there is nothing wrong with it. Beware of this model. very poor design

Bought from Farmers a couple of years ago and it packed up a couple of months ago. I would not recommend. The water and coffee stopped coming out.

Very disappointed with this machine, milk component is unreliable often faulting with clean error even if it is fresh from being washed and dried. Machine returned for repair 1 month after purchase.

I have had a Nespresso machine for about 3 years and have had no problems with the milk frothing, I have updated to this machine and the milk just does not froth, as I bought on a subscription plan im stuck with it. I know that it says to use trim milk but that is disgusting as I have always used milk straight from the vat and never had an issue before

Unlike waiting for a full pot of coffee, I can have a delicious cup ready in moments. The quality of coffee from the Nespresso pods is also a significant upgrade from regular packaged coffee; the flavors are rich and far superior. Visually, the machine is sleek and complements my kitchen aesthetics beautifully, adding to its appeal. While it might not fulfill all my café-style aspirations, it does ensure a delightful cup of coffee every time. I’ve grown to enjoy what the Nespresso can do rather than what it can’t. If you're considering one, know that while it might not replace your barista, it will consistently brighten your mornings with excellent coffee. Bought this coffee machine 5 months ago and only use it here and there. After pressing the coffee capsule, it won’t let me use the milk it just flashes all 3 lights, have restarted it, descaled, cleaned everything & same problem happens over & over again. Very disappointed after spending so much money on a coffee machine.

Enjoying coffee like in a Cafe. Great options for the capsules and different varieties of coffee to choose. Really happy that we bought this model.

I have this machine at home and at work. I love being able to make high quality espresso with such a small profile machine. I do not use the frothing attachment, but my wife does and she loves it. The initial investment is high, but this machine will pay for itself in the long run.

This machine was a Christmas gift to myself and I love it! It is exactly what I was looking for- an espresso machine that makes specialty drinks without all the guesswork. I will say that if you want froth, use whole milk, otherwise you may just get steamed milk in your drink, which is still good. I purchased the white one and it looks great on my counter.
