The only thing I can review is the condition of the item that I received. The box arrived dirty and appeared to have been used. Upon opening the box, it was evident that it had been opened as parts were not secured properly in the packing, and the sample pods were missing. Instead of being able to exchange it at a store (an inconvenience) I was instructed to print a return label and ship it back (a greater inconvenience) and wait for a replacement. I’m hoping to have this resolved soon. It obviously won’t be delivered in time for an upcoming holiday where I had intended to use the coffee maker for my guests.

Enjoy becoming a Master Barista from the comfort of your home.

This was definitely an impulse purchase. I always used drip coffee, thought there was no need for expensive pods. O-M-G was I wrong! Now I tell everyone I know. Starbucks? Biggby? You won’t need them anymore! The coffee this little machine creates tastes like it’s straight from the coffee shop. My husband is very picky about his coffee, wants it to be a perfect iced coffee with just enough caffeine and coffee - so biggby was his addiction. Now that we’ve had this machine (6 months now), we haven’t gotten coffee to go - even once. Dolce x2 with a cold foam is his to go. Melozio cup in the morning is mine. It’ll save you money in the long run. You deserve it!!!

This machine stopped working after just one month of use (normal use; not even more than once per day or every day). Such a waste of money. And we’re passed the return timeline so we’re stuck with it. Nespresso should be ashamed!

This is replacing my keurig. Makes a better quality single cup brew. I like that there’s an option to brew anything from an espresso to an XL coffee which is 12-18oz. I love it so much. It’s tiny and takes up minimal counter space and the pink color is so so cute.

Machine is junk. Just because it appears to be working doesn’t mean it’s not defective. Within 2 months, mine stopped working and the coffee was going all over the inside of the machine instead of coming out. Making huge messes. Wasting pods, which are very expensive. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Belongs in a landfill already.
