A: Yes, it is recommended to use expresso grounds on the expresso side.

A: Yes, you can use ground espresso on the espresso side of the Ninja Barista System, as it is compatible with both espresso pods and ground coffee.

A: I always pull my coffeemakers almost to the edge to avoid steam damage. I would say this is the same as most. No better but no worse. Maybe a little better.

A: The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System is designed with a venting system that minimizes steam release. However, as with any coffee maker, some steam may be emitted during brewing. To prevent potential damage to cabinets, it is recommended to place the machine in a well-ventilated area or away from cabinetry to allow the steam to dissipate freely.

A: No this doesn’t have the hot water dispenser.

A: This coffee maker is not designed to make tea. It does not have a hot water function or specific features for tea preparation. It is primarily intended for brewing coffee using capsules or ground coffee.

A: My Nespresso machine does this when the pods fall in a weird way. I dump it every day at a max of 4 pods

A: If making a single cup, lower the Single-Serve Cup Platform and set your vessel in the center of it to help prevent splashing. For best results, we recommend using Nespresso® branded original capsules. However, most original line capsule brands are compatible with the Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista System. The Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista system is NOT compatible with the Vertuo capsules.

A: No you cannot. You can make a single cup using grounds on the coffee side. You can make a single cup of espresso, using a pod on the espresso side of the machine. 

A: When brewing use the Ninja Smart Scoop™ to measure coffee grounds. You have to use either the paper filter kit or the permanent filter sold separately.

A: You will have to manually adjust the drip stop by moving the handle to your preferred position. You can close and reopen the drip stop at any time, whether it's before, during, or after brewing.
