Remove plaque and experience a deep, effective clean with Sonicare technology, removing up to 7x more plaque vs. a manual toothbrush. I believe that it has more than saved my teeth and gums in the time I have used it. In all that time, I have only had to buy another once. I like this new version as it's not as fat as the original and so far works great

The geniuses at Sonicare decided not to include a wall charger with their product but a charger with a USB plugin that you must plug in to a USB wall charger. Incredibly bad idea. If I had known this, I would have never bought this product! Why would I want to have to have a separate USB wall charger to use an electric toothbrush???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The USB charging is not the most convenient - you actually need a hub or charging block where I charge it and my space does not allow for it! Not my favorite feature, but I love the brush otherwise and am 'dealing' with this inconvenience. First world problem right?!! Ha ha! Bristles are comfortable, handle could use more 'grip' and a bit thinner. I like the speed settings, and they are easy to manage and I don't feel like I am damaging my gums while using it. I am left with a thorough and fresh clean result every time I use it.

Crazy vibration! I couldn’t even get the brush close enough to clean my teeth as the vibration hurt so badly. I have no idea how people can tolerate this. Also the brush itself is tiny and oddly shaped.

A soft bristle brush would be nice.
