[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not understand the difference in the various models prior to this purchase. I had a C3 for a couple of years that stopped working. I thought this was the correct replacement but have since learned it is much smaller with less power and 4 steps rather than 8 in the brushing cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sonic vibration doesn’t turn on when you press the on button. Sometimes it takes up to a minute. Sometimes it turns on and vibrates so hard it hurts my teeth. End up using the sonic toothbrush on the inside gums and then switch to my regular toothbrush.

I love the fact that the charge lasts about two weeks. It paid for itself in what I've saved in dental bills and my teeth and gums have never been healthier.

I even looked for a way to purchase one like my old one. When I realized I was 9ut 9f luch, I got this 4100 series. It has exceeded my expectations! I love that it has 2 settings, and how much smaller, lighter, and more compact it is. I am a very happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Sonicare toothbrush lasted 10 years and was awesome but you had to screw on the brush. My last one lasted two years. I was very happy with its performance, but I had to use a bib because it shot toothpaste everywhere. This new version, the 4100, performs sporadically, speed-wise. Now that I'm past the break-in period it seems to be more stable, but I do need to remove the head and clean the connection points on the head and the base handle, or it runs weakly. I like the regular speed better than my last Sonicare because it seems to be the perfect brush speed without splashing toothpaste everywhere. I no longer need a bib.
