This was a horrendous delivery of a terribly USED product. There was no delivery box; shipping simply thought it would suffice to send as is, in the product box. Speechless at the overall ineptitude.

I purchased and received my iron today. The box resembled something that had been through a tornado, then kicked around a warehouse for good measure. Upon opening it I was greeted by what appeared to be a used product. Not at all pristine or sleek. How do you ship an item that is somewhat fragile, in a box that doesn't have any protection? That's right, it was shipped as is shown in my photos, not at all packaged, but in the same box that you would find on the store shelf. Target, you can do better!! This is going back, in person, to the store tomorrow.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product. It does the job quickly and easily. Irons beautifully and leaves the clothing ready to wear. Easy to use and not to heavy. You are able to fill it and press several items in no time. The iron heats up quickly and does a good job of getting the job done. I would buy this again. It is a good product for basic ironing needs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Proctor Silex Iron reminds me of the iron my grandma used to use back in the day. Kind of brings back many fond memories of my childhood. It's lightweight, which is nice for days that I have a lot to iron. It has 7 different heat settings and a steam button. I like that it has a long cord. I believe the box said an 8 foot cord. Nice touch!
It does the job & is very handsome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Proctor Silex Retro Iron is a handsome Devil. Has a nice weight to it. All the features one would need in an iron including 7 temp settings, steam, etc. It also has a nice long cord! I had hoped the cord would be a cloth retro type, but likely not due to safety. The most important thing is the iron does the job. I ordered a basic white blouse online & it came totally wrinkled & unwearable. Used the Proctor Silex Retro Iron & it did the job. Was enjoyable to work with too. Really like the weight. You can see the before & after pics. Highly recommend!!

It is beautiful and sleek, and it’s classic colors and chrome matches your decor whether it is vintage or modern. The iron is easy to use, and I actually find it works better on my clothes than the traditional flat irons. Define my favorite small appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was attracted to this iron for it's retro look. It works great. The steam and mist functions work very well and the iron heats up really quickly. The cord is quite long which is a plus. The only downside is that this iron is very heavy. I don't think I would want to use it if ironing for a long period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this iron for both maintaining my wardrobe and for my sewing projects. It looks like an old fashion iron, but has modern features and works great. I love the stainless steel casing. It is very heavy and sturdy to use on even the most difficult of fabrics. I use it for all my household ironing. I would definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the classic look of the iron. It is a little heavier, and smaller than most normal irons. My only complaint is the numbers are a little difficult to see. The iron heats very fast and the extra weight makes it excellent to press your clothes. I have not experienced any leakage on my clothes when using extra stream and I have been using it daily for a month now. Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am so happy with this iron. It does everything! It has good weight to it and irons smoothly. It can even steam your clothes which is so helpful when you travel. If you need a new iron, you need this one! I know ironing isn't fun, but when you have a good one, it makes the job so much easier and less hateful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great iron, I got it as I love how it looks, but it works great too. It warms up pretty fast, and has all the normal things like a spray and steam. I like how the setting dial is out front so that you don’t knock it’s with your knuckles as you’re ironing like I normally do with other styles of iron. Where the power cord goes into the iron it has a swivel feature so it helps to keep it out of the way and I guess prevents it from getting damaged, I’ve not seen that before but I think it’s a great feature. The base is covered with what I think is Teflon and it glides over clothes very nicely. And all I’m very happy with this iron, I definitely recommend it.
