Freshly expressed or pumped milk can be stored at room temperature (77°F or cooler) for up to 4 hours. When using a cooler with ice packs, breast milk can be safely stored for up to 24 hours. However, it’s always best to use the milk as soon as possible or transfer it to a refrigerator or freezer for longer storage. I can’t explain how much I DO NOT recommend this pump. I give up. I spend hundreds of dollars on it and I keep losing milk. I can’t even in good conscience try to sell it online to recoup my investment. The cups don’t stay sealed and you will lose milk. They pop right open. All. The. Time. It’s not you, like their customer service will try to tell you. It’s their product. Don’t buy it!!!!! And there’s only a 90 day warranty. I didn’t start pumping until my newborn was 4 weeks old and I bought this well before he was born, so there goes my warranty time. Horrible.

I love this pump when it works. It has great suction it's very easy to do daily tasks around the house and even at work. However the connect kits crack so easily from using higher suction and need replaced. The cost of replacing connect kits adds up and may be worth a cordless pump

I am not going to comment on milk output with this because it is different for everyone. I bought this because a friend of mine was having way better luck with this over her other Elvie’s or even her wall pump. That was not the case for me but honestly most pumps just didn’t work well for me for reasons not related to the pump itself. My friend could get a combined 10 ounces with this and I was lucky to get a combined 3. But she did always produce more than me, I just had better luck with the original Elvie’s, a Spectra, or a Medela. Despite this, I am glad I bought this one. The pump itself was handy, and this is definitely a better option for those with a larger supply as it holds more than the OG Elvies. It is a learning curve to get used to pouring milk out, but once you do it’s no biggie. I found this easier to clean than the OG’s. There are more pieces, but it comes apart more easily. The bag is the real winner here. I ended up selling the actual pump (again, not because I didn’t like it, it just didn’t work for me) and keeping the bags for my OG Elvie’s and it’s amazing. Easy to clean, lots of room, super handy.

Lost its suction on one side. I have to switch my pump after 20 mins just to get some suction on the other side and I can't fix it. Spent so much money for nothing.

I was excited to use this pump this time around. While it worked great at first, it lost its suction after 2 weeks. I'm disappointed - it cannot be used as a reliable pump at all.

I bought this pump because it had the most stable reviews of all of the hands free pumps, I wanted to love it and desperately needed a hands free pump…I have used this pump several times now and it is a waste of my time. I just pumped for 30 mins and got less than an ounce from both sides…I am now having to resume on my spectra s2, and I will pump 4-5 oz in 20mins. If you have breasts D size or bigger I don’t think this will work for you…I find it really uncomfortable and it just flat out doesn’t remove hardly any milk for me. Don’t waste your money, I highly recommend the spectra s2 and a pumping bra, then it’s mostly hands free.

For the first two months this pump worked great but now I am experiencing it losing suction after a couple minutes and I have to take them off and readjust. Once I go back to work it’s going to be difficult to do that while I am working and not sure if it will work out. The pump parts are easy to unassembled and clean and putting back together is also fairly easy. I do love that it is wireless so I am able to walk around, drive or do whatever I need to while wearing it.

This pump suction is very poor. I'm only able to get about 3/4-2oz TOTAL from this pump after 20 minutes. Compared to my spectra I get about 3-5 oz after 10 minutes. I really wanted this to work well but I've been through all the troubleshooting and customer service help. After reading other reviews it seems this pump has issues all the time. I'm so frustrated I can't return because they don't allow pumps to be returned. Such a waste of money. If you buy one, only buy second hand for a discount.

This pump is alright, hands free is always nice but over time it tends to open by itself and spill everywhere. When the colored plastic parts aren’t put on properly on right the milk spills out from the suction part. My off brand Amazon pump has better suction.

This is just personally my opinion…the pump does not have a strong enough output for me like other medical grade pumps do. It’s easy to travel with, use, and clean. Unfortunately though I felt like it was tedious about needing to be in the right spot, needed to always wear a really tight bra to make work, and never fully emptied me. I also didn’t like that I had to buy inserts for them as well because the sizing didn’t work, and the inserts even made the suction worse. Just a lot of trouble for a lot of money personally.

I got these from my insurance. I’ve had them for about 2 months and i feel like it’s losing power. I had pumped and placed it down *gently* and it just open up spilling my milk spilling all over (made me learn why moms cry over spilled milk). I’ve also had trouble connecting it to the app and just gave up. Currently looking for a replacement.

I really liked this pump at first but after just 2.5 weeks, it lost suction. I replaced the duckbill valves and it did not improve. Since the suction decreased, so has my output. Very disappointed with this. I’ll stick to my momcozy.

it’s okay. i dislike the fact that you can’t set the milk collector’s down without having spillage. if you’re a just enougher type of pumper, this pump may not be for you. i’ve lost a lot of liquid gold from these pumps. they spill easily. i also dislike the cords. if one gets twisted while you’re pumping and you don’t notice, one of your boobs won’t get pumped, so you just wasted 30 minutes thinking both your boobs got done when really only one did. i like that you can wear it and move around however, the pump is loud, the sound is definitely noticeable to others (and your baby). overall, i probably would look into a different brand. my old pump was a medella and it had bottles as the cups and i loved it bc they could be easily set down as you move around and do things or tend to your crying baby. so the fact that these cannot stand on their own is a huge negative for me. Also the tiny piece that you have to take out and put in every time to clean it is very annoying and i’ve almost lost it down the sink a bunch of times already.
