Prolux 9000 Upright Sealed HEPA Vacuum

The initial vacuum was faulty (power switch failure), so it required full replacement. I emailed the customer service email, provided full details on the issue, and customer service determined they needed to see it. They sent a shipping label quickly and I had it boxed and returned. They received it, confirmed it was not working and fully replaced it. The new unit arrived but the 2-pc wand separated and would not fit together again, so I emailed again and sent pictures of the wand and explained the issue. A replacement wand arrived within a week and the vacuum is working great! The suction is amazing and I don’t feel/smell the blow-back that I get from my Dyson. I am so glad that we were able to get the vacuum I needed! The communication with customer service was so easy and efficient. Love the product; only issue was the initial broken parts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the Prolux 7000 Upright Vacuum for about 2 months now. This vacuum "really sucks" as they claim! It has excellent suction and picks up all dirt and debris from my carpets! It also has several features I absolutely love, first it was so easy to put together, letting me use it right away! The next thing I love is the on board cleaning tools that are so handy! Lets me clean anywhere quickly and easily! Last of all I love the 30 ft cord that lets me clean a whole room without having to unplug and replug, so convient! It's a great vacuum!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you have a problem with the prolux company they will not return your phone calls I've been trying for over a week with no results so I'm going to return my vacuum cleaner and get a full refund I would advise you not to buy this vacuum cleaner just imagine if they cannot return your phone calls for a problem what about if you need to return it for a refund for a defective problem

On Target’s add it says “Lightweight and convenient weighs 19lbs”, however, in the specs it says it weighs 28 lbs.

It is light to carry, all the tools are attached which is so convenient. The hepa filter keeps the air clean. It cleans so well. I use it for rugs and tile floors. I love it!

We chose the Prolux 9000 because it has a steel brush roll for carpet that can be switched off for hardwood floors. We also need a HEPA filter for my wife's health needs. Lastly the Vacuum is easy to use and more sturdy than others in this price range. We are very pleased.

We have oriental carpets. After one vacuuming with our Prolux we could visibly see how much cleaner they were. Attachments are wonderful and store securely in the vacuum. We were so pleased with the Prolux 9000 we purchased a second one for our vacation home.

I did plenty of research before deciding on the prolux Upright 9000. I had a Dyson for many years, and it was a great vacuum, but it was time for a new one. I read many reviews on the most popular models. I was considering getting another Dyson, but some of the reviews indicated it was not as sturdy as it used to be. I knew many of the popular brands were not well made. I also considered a Kirby, but it was out of my price range. Then I stumbled upon the Prolux. I was not familiar with this brand, but the 7 year warranty and the positive reviews convinced me to try it. Great vacs had the best price, and they seemed like a reputable company. There were also some extra attachments thrown in. When I received the vacuum, shortly after ordering it, I tried it out on my carpet. The suction was strong. I really liked the lights on the front that help me see what I am vacuuming. The motor helps propel the vacuum so little effort is needed to move it, you just guide it. I really like how sturdy it is. Many of the parts are made of metal whereas on most other vacuums, they are plastic, and not very sturdy. It came with a filter and bag already installed. When I was done vacuuming my carpet, it looked better than it had in a long time.

I love this vacuum. Bags are easy to change. Built in pull tab keeps dust and dog hair trapped inside for disposal.

so far Im very happy with the vacuum.It does a great job on both carpet and hardwood floors. Love the additional nozzles that are attached to the back and sides of the vac. Vac arrived in 3 days.

Had for about a month and sweep about 15,000 sq feet of public facility. Just what description said it was. Would buy again.

I rarely write a review, Im not receiving any compensation for writing this review. I have 4 dogs and it amounts to a ton of hair and dirt. I have owned several vacuum cleaners over the years including a Kirby. I spent a lot of time researching before deciding on this prolux, I almost went with the Miele at about twice the price. I cant stress enough how great of a job this vacume cleaner does. It goes from hard floors to carpet and back automatically. The hose pulls out in a sec and back to floor just as quick and easy, it has great suction and best of all it uses a bag which is very easy to change. I vacume the whole house everyday and have hade vacume for about a year now. GREAT VACUME, well worth the in investment

This vacuum replaced an old Panasonic vacuum and we love it! Our Panasonic vacuum of 30 years died and we originally looked to get a new Panasonic. Unfortunately, they were getting lots of bad reviews. We have found that this is a lot like our old vacuum. If you can't handle a heavy vacuum, buy something else, but if that is not a deal breaker, this is a great vacuum! And if you too are replacing an old Panasonic, you will not be disappointed!

I was at a vacuum store and bought a $500 Simplicity! Brought it home and had buyers remorse! I had a 7 day return period so I did some research and found this one so I ended up returning the Simplicity. It does a great job on carpets and decent on my tile floors with a lot of additional tools to help you clean those hard to reach areas. Honestly, I liked this one better than the one that was $300 more!!!! Also, I had a Dyson for years thinking it was great not to deal with bags, however, I'm glad to have bags again so I don't have to empty the canister every 10 minutes and get it all over, plus, the guy at the vacuum store encouraged bags over canisters, although I can't remember his exact reasons why... (He did sell both types of vacuums.)
