We bought the Double Pack at Costco. The primary reason was the easy top fill design which made refilling a breeze. We used another Costco brand that was larger capacity but more complicated to refill. However, we also experienced the dust/film problem which is very annoying. Our water is not hard, we have a good softening system. I will write to the manufacturer and hope they will explain what the film/dust is. If not remedied we will return it to COSTCO.

i was given to me as a gift in Jan and here it is Feb and one of the ones stoped working? It was working great for my husband who has had sinus problems and when we hooked it up in our room he was feeling so much better but than it doesn't work- i am very disappointed because i heard good things about this product

We bought the two pack from costco. The first one stopped working and the second, we have so much white stuff to wipe off everything. So stopped using it. Bought a different brand and model with no issues.

Update. I assembled this one wrong with the filter inside the tube. Guess I forgot from when I originally assembled it. My only reccomendation is include an instructions for dummies. 🙂 Now it is working great. I love the colors and the mist. It makes me happy and keeps my plants happy. My sister bought me a two pack for Christmas because it is so dry in my condo. At first they both worked excellent. Then one of them stopped misting. I emptied it and refilled it trying to figure out the problem. It spontaneously leaked the water very quickly out the bottom. Luckily I caught it before it got to the electronics. I refilled and tried again in the bathroom where I could handle a leak immediately, but now I'm having trouble keeping the power on. Ifeel like I did something wrong and would like to fix it. I already got rid of the box and I never registeted the warranty.

So like everyone else I read the instructions wrong. The filter does not go inside the tube, that is the reason why we got no mist. The filter goes in the tank in the filter spot next to the tube. The directions have you remove the tube to get to the spot of where the filter goes which is misleading as I put the filter in the tube. Once you do this you will get a good mist flow.

I bought this at Costco . After a month I noticed black flakes in the water. I only use water from a Reverse Ismodus filter. To my dismay the entire bottom was full of mold . I emptied it cleaned it and pot it away I just took it out and there is mold in the small crevices that is impossible to clean. How am I supposed to be sure that I can clean this out. Paid over $60 and truly disappointed!

I bought the 2-pack at winco and loved them for the first few days then noticed neither of them were producing any mist at all… so I would restart and they misted for a few minutes then stopped, they were still running but the mist won’t work more than a few minutes. Super disappointed because other than that the water capacity is great, the light up colors are fun, and it’s much quieter than others I have had and I was really looking forward to the aromatherapy part. I am tired of trying so they are collecting dust now

I bought this product and I love it. For the leaking problem, I dont have issue because you have to be careful about don't pull the core out of tank with water filled then it would leak. If you accident pull the core part out of tank. Take the tank out and pour the water out and start it all over and fill up water then all is good. It works better than my Lenox humidifier. AND there is a cleaning brush on bottom of tank :)

Read the instruction thoroughly!! I think it’s possible that folks who are leaving bad reviews may have made our same mistakes: 1) the filter does not go inside the tube - there is a spot for it inside the water tank & there is a plastic part you must remove & replace it with the filter. 2) there is an invisible piece of tape on the back of the base which may restrict airflow if not removed. Once we decided to actually read the instructions, we found these to be fantastic humidifiers!
