Q: How do you clean the water tank? It looks like only the screw cap comes off so the hole is pretty narrow making it difficult to clean. Is there another way to take apart the water tank so I can clean it properly?

To clean the Pure Enrichment Spa XL 3-In-1 Aroma Diffuser Humidifier And Mood Light, you may fill your diffuser about half way with clean water (room temperature), add up to 3 drops of pure white vinegar and let the diffuser run for about 3-5 minutes to allow the water-vinegar mixture to disperse throughout the unit and clean it.     The water container of this humidifier cannot be cleaned. It got really disgusting mold or something on the inside and you can’t open it to give it a good cleaning. Soaking the inside in Vinegar did not work. I would not buy this product again.

Since I use it so much it does get dirty on the inside so I just use a soft sponge and dawn soap. However I feel like the scent of the essential oils isn’t as strong as when I bought it. Are there any suggestions for deep cleaning the insides? Like running it with some kind of cleaning solution? Thanks.

    One star because it is NOT easy to clean. Very hard to get the water out when you're done with it. We really wanted to love the slim design but it's basically money down the drain because of the lack of cleaning. Save your money and buy something easier to maintain!
