I agree with the current AI-generated review. These have so far been the BEST containers I've ever found, and that's why I'm here buying more. Their stackability is outstanding and the empty ones are very convenient to organize. But, the 100% leak-proof claim is just false: don't ever put soup in one and throw it in your backpack. And the lids do mysteriously crack, not sure what the reason: dishwasher, freezer? I've found staining to be close to none. Conclusions: (1) Surrender to some wear, tear, and replacement. (2) The leak-proof is just mid. (3) Expect them overpriced but above average. (4) If you're ok with all that, the plastic Brilliance collection is very easy to like, maybe even love. Food containers are the armpit of every kitchen: everyone has them and they're not the most pleasant feature. But at some point, it's nice to have ones you never regret. I'd pay a premium for that! I thought these would be them, but while the price is premium, the product is not quite.

the only issue I have is that the lids crack and become unusable. we love the containers but the lids are a definite problem. fix it

I was so excited to replace all my containers with these. THEN, half of them started cracking, exactly like some of the pictures that were shown. Very disappointed.

I have a ocmplete set of Brillliance and they are great. They are so air tight that there is a bit of a learning curve to open them easily. After just a little practice, it is easy and well worth it as these containers keep foods fresh so much longer. They do NOT leak if you put the lids on correctly. Dishwasher (top rack) safe.

The lids are super tight so no spilling! They create a very firm seal so I don't worry about leaking.

Won these as a white elephant gift for Christmas and we didn't think much of them, until we tried them for the first time and I love the quality of them! They have good suction and the locks are sturdy; very durable.

Lids are cracking. I purchased the medium, small, and sugar containers. Rubbermaid replaced the lid of medium container once. Recently, I bought more containers to give them another try, and I also intended to give some as gifts. However, the small 1.3-cup container developed ridges and its lid as well as medium size cracked. I'm not sure if the containers I gave as gifts also cracked. I'm very frustrated because I was hoping these would be durable storage containers for the long term. The manufacturer has been aware of this issue for years, yet they continue to sell poor-quality products to unsuspecting consumers. It seems that Rubbermaid is making a significant profit, with no incentive to provide customers with a reliable product.

Item looks good but dont hold up. They will soon begin to crack and the lids are hard to wash all the crevis's. Find something more durable the plastic is lucky if they last a year, considering what they cost and how long they last you will probably be better with disposable containers

I have been using these containers for a few years now. They provide a great seal and make storing leftovers a breeze. Come over very clean in the dishwasher (top-shelf) and do not easily stain from spaghetti sauce. I have a variety of sizes and they always arrive well packaged. They do eventually crack (took 5yrs for my first one to crack) due to the vast temperature changes they go through. It works great in the microwave and the lids have vents so you don't have to worry about them blowing off. Their seal prevents liquids from coming out once the lid is on and clicked into place.

I’ve been using these every day to tote my lunches for about 6 months and have been very pleased with their performance. Until recently, I did not have a dishwasher and hand-washed only. I have run them through the dishwasher maybe twice now and they have TOTALLY LOST THEIR LEAK PROOF SEAL!! Yes, this is on the top rack on a normal cycle with no crazy heating or sanitizing. I would not have put them in the dishwasher if they weren’t advertised as dishwasher safe…. Huge bummer, now I have to keep them in plastic bags to prevent leaking in my backpack.

Even after years of use, these are still as good as new! The seal is strong, assorted sizes make packing up leftovers a breeze. None are stained, even after holding Bolognese. So far, these are the only food storage I WON'T lend out to friends or family, these stay with me!

These containers make packing snacks and lunches a million times better. I love that I don’t have to worry about anything in the containers leaking or spilling in my bag!

I am very dissatisfied with the plastic line. I made multiple purchases of the brilliance line in glass and plastic when moving into our new home. They are not microwave safe nor dishwasher. Let’s just say when I called Rubbermaid and I was told that they can only go in the microwave for 30 seconds and that they should go on the top rack in the dishwasher. Not sorry that you feel that way can we offer you a promo code etc. while she chewed in my ear. Nevertheless, DO NOT GET THE PLASTIC.

Nice looking, good stack ability, snap lids work great-however-spend extra on the glass version. The plastic brilliance containers develop cracks, and the ‘no leaks’ claim goes out the window at that point. Even though I hand wash all dishes, these did not last long enough to recommend to anyone. I did call warranty service, nice conversation, but learned these pieces are now only warranted for 120 days. Not worth it.
