Description
The Rubbermaid TakeAlongs 4.7cup rectangle containers 8 pack provides you plenty of room to store leftovers or pack up food to go. The takealongs are great for taking lunch to work or school, for kids snacks and for organizing things like screws, paper clips and other small items that you don't want to get all over the place. With the new quick click seal, takealongs lids click into place letting you know when contents are secured. The lids have ridges for easy stacking, and the bases have graduation marks for handy measuring. Safe to use in the microwave, freezer and dishwasher, the takealongs lid design allows you to worry about one less thing. If you hear the click, you know your seal is secure.

Although it has been a few months since I bought an entire value set of three size take alongs. I was happy with them, except one of medium size lids cracked. The other think is the divider is lower than lid so if you say filled one side with soup and other side with a nice crusty roll to take for lunch. The soup may splash onto bread making it soggy, unless kept in a completely upright and level position. Ki dd if difficult when taking in a bag with other daily items. I have recently stopped using these as they are black, and there are warnings about toxic nature of black plastics

These are the perfect side to hold a sandwich and two small sides. It does take a little bit of effort to snap the lids on, but once they are on, they don’t fall off.

It is deep which is a plus, I was able to fit a cesar salad chicke strips and the sealed dressing. added half a grapefruit on the other ends. The only thing I would say is the lid is hard to close but other than that I recommend.

Pictures showed a container with one divider separating it into two parts. It comes with two dividers in three parts, which is not what I was needing. It also says it is a 3 pack in the description below and an 8 pack in the title. Some accurate clarification would be useful.

I always pop the lid open first to let steam out. The 3 compartments can hold two sides and a main food. They're super easy to clean and also microwave safe.

The bigger section of the container is actually pretty deep, allows for a lot of food storage or big pieces of meat for instance. I use them for proteins, carbs and vegetables.

Throwing them in the microwave and then the dishwasher makes for easy use and clean up. They stack up nicely to take up less shelf space in the cabinet. I’d recommend these if you need to food prep for the week!

They're fairly deep so you can fit a good amount of food and there is also two smaller compartments that I like to use for veg and sauces. The plastic is nice and sturdy. There hasn't been any cracking and have held up great in the microwave and the freezer. I'm very pleased with the quality and will be purchasing more.

I recently started meal prepping and this fit just perfect . It’s sturdy and strong. Lid seals great and my food stays exactly how I serve it. Compartments hold a lot a lot of food so I won’t starve. I also use them when I go on picnics. All my food in one container. Definitely will recommend this product for multi use. You can also store crafts as you work on projects and need to finish at school.
