Well designed ergonomically, everything fit together easily. The unit I received just leaked hot water from the nozzile, more than a few drops for a bit, it just wouldn't stop dripping the hot water.

Just got this in the mail today and I immediately had to use it I have these super dirty wooden chairs in my dining room. We lived on a dirt road for about 10 years and then moved into town and I swear there's just a layer of crap on them that I cannot seem to get off with anything. I used the steam cleaner on these bad boys and I'm telling you what night and day difference I can't stop using it it's so satisfying and amazing this little reservoir lasts a really long time too I thought that it would run out quickly but it really lasts a really long time! Also don't think just because it's small it doesn't get very hot... this sucker is HOT HOT!!! If you're on the fence about a steamer don't be just get this one

Good little multi-purpose steamer. Lots of uses for this product. The only downfall is that it has a super small vessel for the water and the heater pauses for 10 or 15 seconds every minute or so. So there isn't a continuous 10 minutes of steam as advertised.

It came in a compact box very organized with all attachments to be kept in order for future use. I find sometimes cleaning things such as shower. It is a bit challenging, too navigate without tipping the container of water over.Works very quickly.

The other thing is because of the cable, which is long needless to say, it kind of limits ur use, like i want to try using it for my car but i dont have any electricity there so… overall its ok!
