This thing would work pretty well if it weren't for the fact that it just pisses out the dirty water as soon as you suck it up. Tank never fills because there's a giant puddle from the machine leaking

This machine is horrible!! Immediately after taking it out the box and putting water in, water started leaking everywhere out of it. A waste of money and time.

I like the size and ability to maneuver. I like that it has the attachment to do stairs and upholstery. It cleans very well and is not too loud. I have had it six weeks and used it three times. When you stop, the dirty water leaks, so put it on a towel to catch it. Also the trigger on the attachment sticks “on.”

Perfect compact size. Did a great job cleaning the rugs and carpets. Easy to empty dirty water tank and to clean spin brush. Didn't take long at all for carpets to dry. Highly recommend for rugs and carpet flooring.

I loved this machine at first - because I like the heat drying feature. However; I was cleaning my carpets, and it shut off just randomly. It stays in inside storage, so the outside temperature & weather is not a factor. I’ve been reading through the reviews, and it looks to have a short working span. Another VERY unfortunate feature I ran into, a few months after having it; is it leaks like crazy. After each use, I would have to flip the clean water container upside down so it wouldn’t spill. Before I realized it was leaking, there was a huge puddle in the storage closet. So very frustrating to pay $150, just to get a year out of it.
