I love the colour and I really wanting this to work for me. Unfortunately I have the same experience as others have mentioned, the pen is extremely dry and doesn't apply consistently, and isn't long lasting at all probably because it is so dry. Avoid this product it ended up being a waste of money. :(

You know how when you write with a dry-erase marker, when you go over it again, the second layer erases the first? That's what happens with this eyeliner. Absolutely not buildable. You can't touch it up. If you try, it will make the eyeliner flake off. I wish I could add a video to show you in action. This is one of the worst liquid eyeliners I have ever tried.

ver watery and runny. I don't have a steady hand so this was a terrible mess for me. Smudged everywhere, so I would not repurchase this again. Back to wet n wild breakup proof liner.

This stuff is so easy to apply, product lasts all day and a long time in general, doesn't dry out and doesn't smudge. I love this for a winged eye liner

This eyeliner is not waterproof at all it comes off so easily and the tip seems hard and ruff making it difficult to apply slightly rubbing and burning against my skin. Its streaky and doesnt apply well and i feel as not enough product comes out. It seems to fade after a while and i would definitely not recommend. I will say it is lightweight and doesnt feel like im wearing anything but thats the bare minimum and overall i dislike it.

I LIKE THE PRODUCT, However I was disappointed with the customer service. The girl that was a little chucky with long hair was more interested in talking to other staff and friends than helping anyone. This was not typical at this store in the past.

Wish there was more in the bottle. Runs out too quickly, even when used minimally...sigh.

Im a stickler for a fiercely SHARP wing tip. I can count on Stila's All Day Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner to do the job. It withstands anything I throw at it and still leaves my wing looking just at rich and sharp as it did at 6am.

I so wanted to like this liner (I used to love Stila!) but it wasn't good, and for a few reasons. I tried it for several days before I finally threw it out. I will say the color was great - the brown was dark and rich. But the brush was so stiff it didn't glide in a nice cat eye, it ended up looking more like ellipses.🙄 It bled/stuck onto my upper lid and left faint dark spots under my eyes. Overall, would not recommend.

I received samples of the Stila waterproof liquid eye liner years ago and had never used a liquid eye liner before... they scared me for some reason lol! After trying this product out, I was HOOKED. It's so easy to apply and I think it looks nicer than the non-liquid options out there.

This is my favorite liquid eyeliner (I've tried a couple of drugstore options, as well as the too faced eyeliner). This one isn't too wet and glides on perfectly. It is easy to make lines of any size with this product. Very easy to control! Only con is I wish that the product lasted longer.
