It glides on so smoothly and effortlessly, making it perfect for both everyday looks and bold, dramatic eyes. The pigment is rich and long-lasting—once it sets, it doesn’t smudge or fade, even after a long day. What I especially appreciate is how gentle it is on my eyes. I have pretty sensitive skin, and this formula doesn’t irritate at all. Whether I’m doing a quick wing for daytime or going full glam, this eyeliner delivers every time. This eyeliner is horrible! Bought this eyeliner with high expectations for Tarte and my eyelids got so irritated and swollen. Absolutely the worst experience.

I've used this eyeliner since ~2015 and I'm certain the formula has changed a few times. The gel used to be more gel-like, but now it's like a crayon. I've tried to find a "cleaner" eyeliner and used a drugstore brand, however it made my eyes cry every time I used it. I don't like the formula changes that Maureen Kelly has given to their foundation and bronzer, however I keep using this eyeliner because the liquid is top-notch. I wore it to the beach, got hit in the face with waves, and it stays in southern, humid weather.

I was very disappointed in this because I love Tarte. The gel smudges immediately and I hate how the liquid looks. Might as well use a permanent marker. If there were more clean eyeliners out there that dont irritate my eyes I would have returned but I cant find one anymore.

The gel liner was done for after i used it a couple of times. Sooo little product in there
