After reglazing my original tub from the 50’s and swapping out the hardware to match my bathroom remodel fixtures to brass the replacement drain stopper didn’t work as well as the original which allowed water to slowly drain out. This drain stopper completely fixed the issue. I was hesitant to purchase due to others reviews, but did so anyways. Does a fantastic job keeping water from leaking. For those that don’t thoroughly read product descriptions, this is a DRAIN STOPPER ONLY! This is not a hair catcher. It seals over drains that have smaller circular grate style covers and suctions over the drain creating a seal to keep water from leaking. The little tab makes it easy to pull up once needing to drain the water and conveniently suctions to the tub or shower wall to dry out when not in use. This will be easy to keep clean and I’m so excited to enjoy my evening soaks once again! Great stopper! The water sitting in the tub shown in the photo has been in there for 40 minutes and maintained the same water level.

After an expensive and botched plumbing job our bathtub drain was leaking water so fast I couldn’t take a soaking and relaxing bath anymore for the last TWO MONTHS!!! Without having to spends hundreds more I found this drain savior!!! It immediately stopped the drain from leaking out the water and the last two days have been amazing!!! At first glance online, the stopper may appear small, but it is actually bigger when seen in person. When using it for the first time to fill a sink, it may seem like it won't work, but it does. I tested the stopper by leaving water in the sink for 24 hours, and the water level stayed the same.

I like that it's mold resistant & can be washed in the dishwasher. The tab on the side has a suction cup on it so you can hang this on the wall when not in use.

It floats in the water. Even when you try to push it down to create a suction seal, it pops back up.

The ubbi - drain stopper holds its place like suctioned in place. Even with my kids or the dog moving around the drain stopper stays put and the water stays in the tub. Bath taking was always such a challenge that the water would drain slowly even if something was there. Now with the ubbi - drain stopper the bath water stays in the tub. I rinse it off when done and let sir dry.

This one works perfectly! He doesn't mess with it at all anymore and it actually seals really well! You can use the dishwasher to clean it & it won’t mold!
