Bought on 4/10/2020 trigger stopped working 4/11/2020. Wagner will not honor the two year warranty. Used this machine no more than a dozen times. Stand behind your products!!

I admit I loved this....I steam cleaned two rooms only once per month, total of about 3 hours each time. But this morning, Wagner died on me...it began smoking and smelled horrible, an electrical smell. I expected it'd catch fire so I shut it down and got rid of it. I do like this but expected it to last WAY longer than less than 1-1/2 years. My friend has a Polti steamer that she's used for decades.

I have used it on tile which done a great job, there is a picture attached of all the grim that came out of the grout I really didn't think it was that bad until I used the steamer on it. I also used it to clean my car engine which really looks good now Pics are also attached. The next picture I was skeptical if it would work on but I had this old oven in my storage building so I decided to give it a try and it amazed me of what it done it actually cleaned the grim from the glass. I had no idea that the power of steam worked so well. I have many more projects to try the Wagner Steam Cleaner on and can’t wait to see the results. It is an all-around great product that is very easy to use. All the parts go together easily with a sturdy construction it also has a long power cord to help you move around with that having to use a bulky extension cord. In my review I give this product a 5-star review, I really don’t have any complaints about this product at all. Thanks for letting me review this product.

I have used it to not only clean my tile floors and laminate floors, but also to clean the grout joints that you just never can seem to get clean. Using it on the grout joints was not only easy, but it very quickly removed the dirt and grime that had built up in the joints. I would recommend this steamer to anyone looking to not only keep your house clean but also for other day to day activities like steaming shirts or removing wall paper. Simple to use and easy to clean up afterwards!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleaning bathroom grout is a breeze with the Wagner 915 Steamer. Previous steamers that I have used require a lot more effort and time to clean bathroom grout. The 915 is lightweight, heats up quickly and streams very hot steam which cleans grout much more quickly with little or no back a forth motion, required by other Steamers. The extension wands are terrific making it much easier to reach hard to reach areas without having to move the machine. I liked the option of having either continuous steam or using the trigger to release just a blast of steam. The cleaning attachments are easy to put on and remove. While the instruction manual mentions that it is normal for water to collect in the extension wand and hose when you stop using it for awhile, the amount of water that comes out when you begin reusing (a lot) probably necessitates using a bucket to drain off the water, or drop cloth before reusing over carpeting or flooring. All in all The Wagner 915 steamer is probably the best and strongest steamer on the market with plenty of attachments for just about any cleaning project.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to clean 2 different ovens. The first one came out great. Using this steamer removed all sorts of stubborn stains on inside walls and glass. I even took apart the doors and cleaned both sides of each piece of glass. The results made the oven look new again. The second oven had less fantastic results.. the same process did something to the glass making it have a smokey result where i tried to clean it. The glass felt clean and i tried degreaser and cleaner in combination, but to no avail. Using the steamer is easy but it is critical to follow the directions for safety and longevity of the device. It feels sturdy and well built. No flimsy parts and has lots of attachments. The only issue i ran into was that i couldnt open the water cap after letting it cool for 45 minutes. I would recommend this steamer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own the device for about a month. I can start by saying that the device has a very large standard kit. Grill owners will love the included cleaning kit + additional pads for the attachments. An extension nozzle is needed when you need to clean the bathroom and toilet. You have to be careful in the toilet bowl. Use only distilled water, it leaves no residue. About 1000 ml are heated in 5 minutes. In future versions, I would like to see the water level window. The cord is long enough for most jobs. Cleaning all metal surfaces takes seconds. Toilet, shower, tap, drain - 100% result. I got the best results when paired with a wet vacuum cleaner. The device was able to activate a blood stain that I left in the car after my back surgery a year ago. And a wet vacuum cleaner was able to remove it. Incredible result. Only the vacuum cleaner failed to do it. Would recommend to anyone who loves to do some serious cleaning. If you have many different devices, this steamer will be the best solution for the most serious tasks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works well on most things I tried it on. This thing puts out a lot of steam and most of the attachments work well. I used it to clean the sliding patio door track, which it handled pretty well, but I should have had a vacuum handy while doing so. The steam jet nozzle worked well on cleaning the bathrooms. There were a few spots of mildew on the caulking in the shower that I tried to use with the nylon brush attachment, but it needed some help from a handheld brush to completely remove the spots. The floor pad wasn't able to get dried milk off our vinyl plank floor. We were able to clean off some baked on bacon grease from some aluminum cookie sheets using the brass brushes. Overall it worked well, but the main complaint my wife had was that the grip wasn't comfortable and it made her hand ache while using. I didn't experience this, and I suspect it may have to do with her smaller hands. I would recommend this product, but just be aware, this is something you have to plan to use, the long warm up time is no joke. I also look forward to coming up with more things to try this on, I do woodworking, and this may be useful in bending or restoring dents in wood.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer comes with many attachments for cleaning various items and has a great selection of brushes, extensions and holds 40 ounces of water. I used distilled water as my area has pretty hard water that might damage the steamer. After going through the directions to make sure I understood what each part was for, measure out 40 ounces, filled it up and plugged it in. Once turned on, there are two lights that show the status of the steamer: one shows that it's heating up and when the second light comes on, the steamer is ready to go. The first project I got to, which impressed me the most, was steam cleaning the grout in my bathrooms. This tackled it with ease. The grout has been cleaned mostly with the "magic eraser" cleaners that got some of the dirt off but still left some of the staining. I put the small nylon brush on and went to town. As I steamed out the dirt, I used a microfiber towel to soak up the dirt and water. 40 Ounces of water later, my grout looks NEW! The attachments are numerous and you can steam clean a floor, steam wallpaper for removal and yes, it will even STEAM CLOTHES! The clothing attachment works well and it gently removes the wrinkles. This is NOT a substitute for ironing, but it can refresh light wrinkles in most fabrics; be sure to read the labels and not over-steam certain fabrics. The best part of this steamer for me is the fact that it has a long hose, and has wheels and the 40 ounce reservoir that lets me clean for a longer period of time. Other products I have used had small reservoirs and once they ran out of water, I had to wait until it cooled to fill it up again and go back to work. That's a time consuming proposition that the 915e solves as it lasts a long time with the huge reservoir. Another nice touch is the storage area where most of the smaller attachments can be placed when not in use. I look forward to years of cleaning and other projects with the 915e!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Wagner 915e On-Demand steamer is easy to use, portable, and has many applications around the house. My wife and I used the 915 on a recent deep clean of our bathrooms and were very happy with the performance. The nylon brushed jet accessories were great for scrubbing shower shelves, around drains, and around the sing and faucet. The straight stream jet nozzle surprisingly blasted away the weird gunk under the rim of the toilet bowl, and cleaned some nasty growth from the tracks of our 20 year old shower. The microfiber covered floor tool, along with a nylon brush tool for the grout took a lot of the grime from our entryway tile with only a single pass. The first time use, cleaning, and storage of the 915 was fairly straight forward. While I thought the 9 minute wait to build steam on the first go was a bit much, that was really the only wait for the entirety of our cleaning. The steam build at the beginning lasted through a full bath, a half bath, and some test spots in the tiled entry way. Once I cooled and prepared to clean the unit after use, I was surprised to find it still had more water left in the 40oz tank. I figured we would need to refil the unit at least once, but that was not the case.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Tool to remove wallpaper thanks to the attachments that come with it. Small but powerful to get the job done with other tasks also. Small brushes of different types come with and are stored in a covered container on the front top of the steamer. You can also increase the length of the wand or shorten it depending on the job at hand. Very helpful for many different jobs you may have.

I really like the wagner 915. I ordered a new one and got a 915e. It's scaled down, smaller. The handle is very uncomfortable. If I can order the wagner 915 please show me where. I pay a higher price for a much cheaper product. Please bring back wagner 915. The 915e is half the size. It's deceiving when you order..Looks the same but definitely is not.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only one minor point to improve I think more than one floor cloth needed. However overall we are impressed with the Wagner steam machine. We really found that the use for wall paper removing is the main benefit and does well for this application. But also impressed with steam cleaning with the nozzle for spot cleaning things. Well made and is better than other steam machines we know of. We waited a good while to do this review purposely to use it on a small bathroom to remove paper. Then moved on to try all the other cleaning functions. For conscientious people that are concerned with using cleaning chemicals this is a good option. We looked at the usage video but we had to look at other youtube videos for tips and there was a learning curve to get past.

Plastic wear plastic works, and brass where needed. Wagner says to use distilled water which is a no brainer as any steamer will distill the water and coat the tank overtime. Takes a few minutes to warm up, so it makes sense to fill it up and turn it on, and then prep the area you will be working on. If you are doing a small job, then you don't need to fill it (will heat up quickly). The folks at Wagner covered all of the bases as the steamer comes with two 18" extensions facilitating high and low, ergonomic cleaning. Has multiple attachments including steam sweetie, large area wall paper tool, and floor / wall scrubber. Even has a mini tool with several scrubbing tips! Getting down to business....The unit generates steam like nothing I've ever seen! It lasts, too, As you can go 45 minutes on a 45 ounce fill up. This tool will be very useful for people doing new construction clean upsets steam dissolves glues and adhesives. Will be great for cleaning and disinfecting with the benefit of doing this chemical free. No odors or allergies! You cannot go wrong with this steamer for a variety of cleaning and stripping tasks. I am getting one for my germaphobic daughter for Christmas

The steamer is made to help remove wallpaper and did an excellent job when I removed a wallpaper boarder from my in-law’s house. I have been mainly using it for cleaning and disinfecting, especially in the current pandemic. I have used other steamers, but non as powerful as this one. I was able to easily remove the hard water buildup on my shower heads that cleaning products and scrubbing could not do. It helped me easily clean the grease buildup on my grill and grill grates. It did an excellent job cleaning the grout on my tile floor. I used it to disinfect the toilet, remove mold on my shower walls, and cleaned the shower glass. I even used it to remove paint that splattered on my shower and floor when my wife painted the restroom. I used and liked the various accessories it comes with. I especially like the little brush ends which helped scrub those harder to reach places. To measure the amount of water in the container I used a 16oz water bottle. It holds a total of 48oz, so I used three 16oz bottles of distilled water. I wish there were a way to see how much water is left in the container as you use it, but it will last you a long time. I believe the 48oz should last about 45 min according to the manual, but it lasted me over an hour. Overall, this is a great steamer that I plan to continue using. I would definitely recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The On-Demand Steamer was very easy to set up and use. We started with wallpaper removal in our bathroom. The unit heated up in less than nine minutes and was ready to go. The steamer loosened up the paper pretty well and made removal much easier. The only drawback was the steam plate leaked water and forced us to use a drop cloth and towel to prevent making a mess. We then used the steamer to clean the back patio and it performed great with the bristle brush attachment and left the floor very clean. The unit was very well made and all the attached fit great and was easy to separate when we finished. Overall I was very pleased with the unit and would have rated it higher if not for the leaking steamer plate used for wallpaper removal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to start using this product (on-demand 915 steamer). First thing I did was used it on my car. I had a plastic strap that melted on top of my heat shield. I removed the shield started process with the steam it was breaking up the melted plastic and also was getting it soft, I used a steel brush to start removing. I was amazed on how it was removing melted plastic. See photos attached. Than I decided to clean my car outside windows, again I was amazed how it cleaned windows. I took several passes on window than came back to wipe down it look amazing, I did not require any window cleaner, plus I had no streaks showing. I also grab a pair of tennis shoes it cleaned them well see photos attached. I would definitely recommend this product for the house. I will be using weekly. It’s fun to clean again!!
