Completely quit working after about 4 months. Prior to that it was fantastic! And it just stopped working. then it would work one out of three nights. Now it doesn’t work at all. Such a shame that they make such a good product into crap by not building a little quality into it so much for the water pick name.

I had an earlier model for several years until it failed. There was no question that I would replace it. It is cordless,works very well. Easy to fill and change tips. I find I use the plaque seeker tip always. Even after traditional flossing, brushing and rinsing the water pic still finds more particles. Not only do the teeth feel cleaner but the gums are healthier. Recharging is simple and straight forward.

I didn’t like this only because I have to keep filling it up with water in order to get to all my teeth. It doesn’t hold enough water. It’s awkward to hold it straight up and down to use the small amount of water that it holds.

Waterpik water flossers used to be really nice, but their quality has gone down hill fast. I’ve gone through 2 of these in about a year. The battery dies so fast and has hardly any pressure. I’ve called Waterpik to request a replacement or other assistance, and they just say that they know the battery declines over time and they won’t do anything to fix the issue or provide a replacement. So you’ll enjoy this for a month or two, and then the battery will be so weak and the water will have minimal pressure. I charge it after almost every use. And yet Waterpik just says that this is normal and nothing can be done.

Plus - small and cordless so can fit in my mirror cabinet and does not need to sit on counter. Easy to use and adjust the head. Minus - need to refill water atleast twice during flossing, no warning when battery is getting low, takes a long time to charge.
