This item worked great until it didn’t. Not sure why it just completely stopped. Turning on on the third day returning very disappointed.

great product, does a good job. this is my second time buying this model. first one lasted five years.

Stopped working after 3 uses

My old water pic was still working but after 15 years the hose was just starting to crack and would leak on full extension, and i went ahead an treated myself to a new one,,,, which is now leaking before its 2 MONTHS OLD. NOT what i expected.

The Waterpik Ultra removes more than flossing alone and does not require a large space.

It leaks and cannot be used by me or anyone rkse5

I bought this product at the end of Sept 2024. It stopped working in Jan 2025. I didn't drop it or misuse it. It just stopped. Don't waste your money

I've had this water pic for several years and I love it but just now the hose broke so I'm going to buy a new one tomorrow. I figure for the price and getting several years out of it, It was a great deal. I would've been happy even if it only lasted a year because it helps protect my teeth and gums and that saves a lot of money at the dentist when I don't have any gum or dental problems.

The only reason this has an overall high rating is because most buyers post a review within a short period of time after purchase. However, be assured by this (and other low-star ratings/reviews) it IS going to leak after some time. It's not a matter of if, it's only a matter of when. And also be assured that just like some other reviewers have noted, do not expect Waterpik to stand behind their products. They ask you a ton of questions which are all clearly designed to find a way to avoid replacing defective units. That would be fine if they only refused for valid reasons; however, their agents have obviously been told to 'find' any possible reasons they can. Here's my own example of the utterly outrageous reason they gave me: When asked if I put anything in the water before running it through the Waterpik, I honestly told the agent that I put a little hydrogen peroxide. The agent then latched onto that and proclaimed they wouldn't replace the unit because the hydrogen peroxide must have caused the interior components to deteriorate and leak. So, for anyone who doesn't remember from high school chemistry or science class, here's the chemical composition of hydrogen peroxide... H2O2. Look similar to something else??? Yep, water! As in H2O. In other words, hydrogen peroxide is merely water with 1 extra oxygen atom. But, according to Waterpik, that extra oxygen atom supposedly somehow magically (because scientifically it makes no sense) must have caused the interior components to deteriorate and leak. Uh huh!!! So, there you have it... these units leak and Waterpik has their agents completely makeup up outrageous nonsense reasons to not stand behind their defective products. Ask yourself if that's the sort of company you want to give your hard earned dollars to?!?!

Only have had it for a couple weeks so far no issues! Love the fresh color.

I have the WP-100 Waterpik. Never again. The reservoir drips/pours water when removing from machine for refilling and replacing. A new 'valve' fixes it, for a couple of weeks. Waterpik evidently knows its a problem since the instructions say to call for free replacements when it fails. (How about designing a valve that doesn't fail?) I have replaced the valve and 2 weeks later it is dripping again. Waterpik has a list of things to accuse the user of doing to escape responsibility for bad design (hard water?not cleaning with vinegar solution every few weeks? not emptying reservoir after every use (and then waiting for unit to re-prime itself after filling)? cleaning in dishwasher?, etc. etc.) I had an older version of this Waterpik for years without having this issue. The WP-100 is garbage.

Arrived defective - totally leaked from bottom of handle. Hesitant to reorder. Probably won't. 😞

No more effective than just rising. Used floss after use and still got out stuff from in between my teeth.

Not any more effective than just swishing your mouth out with water. But, with LOTS more hassle and clutter.

I should have ordered this forever ago.

I didn't feel like my teeth were any cleaner, but that could be because I'm new to using it. I thought it would feel elegant like in the dentist's office but it just felt messy and annoying. Having the cord was also an unexpected annoyance, and it is LOUD. So, so loud. If I could return it, I absolutely would.
