My first time using it, tell me why it’s been almost 20hrs and my pinto beans aren’t done yet. I know it shouldn’t take more than 10 if I cooked them in low. I’ve already recycled the box but I’m going to return this. It’s a complete waste of money. There’s also a mark on it out of the box so that should’ve been my first sign to not even keep it to begin with.

The lid doesn't fit correctly, there's a large gap between the lid and the stoneware. After using it for just 6 months, there are tiny hairline cracks all over the stoneware and it leaks. I was hearing popping and cracking sounds when it was on, I figured it was heating sounds. The sound was it cracking everywhere, no doubt about it. I've owned at least 4 crock pots and none of them have ever had an issue like this.

Knob not working

We bought this Crock Pot four months ago. We’ve used it maybe three times a month since. Last week I plugged it in and after an hour it hadn’t heated up. I double checked the outlet but nothing. Finally I checked the knob and realized ot wasn’t securely on any setting. It finally worked, but I had the same problem today. The knob is flimsy and there’s no indicator light.

I loved this crockpot. I picked it because of the color. This was my lesson learned. The dial where you turn it on and to the proper cooking setting broke after a few uses. I was not unnecessarily rough with the product. It would catch seemingly inside and would not heat up entirely, ruining a meal in the process. Now it's out of the return time window. Waste of time and money.

Crockpot has been in my life since my first thoughts as a child. My grandmother could make the best concoctions in these and always something different, even meals I did not think you could slow cook. This pot is lightweight and durable at the same time. You can fit enough for a whole family meal in there. The smell of the slow cooker sitting in the kitchen all day really gets you ready to eat. Whether it’s roast, sloppy Joe’s or chicken noodle soup, you’re going to be satisfied with what is removed from this pot. Let’s eat!

I bought it to make my spaghetti sauce in it. After putting all the ingredients in, I set it for high and cook it for about 3 hours. I do not need to stand over it and stir it like I used to when I made it on the stove.

I was gifted this crockpot in the cute green color for Christmas. Unfortunately, after just one use, the knob broke completely off and it is unusable. Such a bummer because I absolutely love the color and size of it. Would recommend going with a different brand/slow cooker - this one is cheap for a reason.
