Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set - All In Motion™

Very hard plastic pieces, doesn't do anything. Definitely not worth spending money on. I returned it immediately.

I’ve wanted one of the more expensive acupressure mats, but couldn’t justify the price not knowing whether or not I would find it beneficial. I LOVE this mat. I bought it New Year’s Eve as soon as I saw it on the website. I have been laying on it every night since and it is so relaxing. I will say, it’s hard to feel the spikes with clothes on. I find it best to lay on the mat in bed, without clothes, to really feel the acupressure. I’m falling asleep faster and sleeping better at night while using this mat, and I have the oura sleep tracker data as proof. Can’t recommend this mat enough!

Love it it is very relaxing after a while of laying on it

Before this one, I had never used an acupressure mat, but had always been interested. I suffer from neck and shoulder pain, and wanted to see if it made any difference after working out. When I began I had to lie on the mat with clothing or cloth between myself and the plastic. I have slowly progressed to skin on plastic. This mat is great! I honestly am surprised it works so well. It improves my shoulder pain and seems to keep my muscles from getting sore if I use it after workouts. I try to use it for 10 minutes a day, and plan that time after working out on days I do that. After you get used to it, it’s very relaxing and comfortable!

I was skeptical of this at first, but now I really love it. The spikey parts do not hurt! I started with just a few minutes of laying flat on it, and have worked my way up to 10 minutes. Afterwards, I feel refreshed and more energetic. I am also starting to stand on it when I'm getting ready in the morning to get my day started off full of energy. It rolls up really nicely & has elastic straps built in to keep it together

I. Love. This. Mat. Perfect thing to use to unwind at the end of the day. The spikes were a little scary at first but the quickly did the job. Love how easy this is to roll up and store as well. Just be careful getting down and up from it because of the weight distribution on the spikes.

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this product. I’ve seen these all over social media and decided to give it a try. I have nothing to compare this to but I didn’t feel like I got much out of it. If you have any clothing on you can barely feel the pressure. I do not think I will keep this item.

I'm not an acupressure expert, but been reading about it so giving a try to something like this was my plan. The mat and the pillow present sturdy pieces to replicate the acupressure system, they can be used separate or together and they do feel comfortable even when it is technically poking your body, which is the point. I've been enjoying relaxing some minutes per day with it and I do praise how it can be used individually or together on the floor or in a chair.

The All in Motion Acupressure Mat and Pillow set is a different concept for muscle relief. This mat has imbedded acupressure points that are made of hard plastic and definitely take some getting used to. These points aren’t really flexible, therefore I felt a little discomfort when laying on this. Perhaps it just takes getting used to. The mat is made of fabric and rolls together with the pillow with an attached band. Overall, this is a different concept, but may be worth trying for extra pain relief and exercise recovery.

This acupressure mat with a pillow set is the amazing quality and size. Me and my family are using is a lot! At first it was confusing but then I tended to start liking it! The color and texture of everything is perfect!

I was honestly afraid of this mat but had heard great things about it for exercise recovery. Be careful - the points are SHARP, but once you lay it flat and gently lay down on it, it does feel great as your body weight spreads out and nothing is poking you. It's well made and sturdy too. One star off because it doesn't come with any instructions or how-to-use info.

As a person who has anxiety and experiences migraines and occasional soreness after weightlifting I was intrigued by this. I read about the benefits of acupressure and was eager to give it a go. My experience didn’t match my hopes. This mat isn’t super high quality—honestly I’d expect to find something similar at Five Below. The plastic targets irritated my skin (even when I laid super still), and the pressure created more soreness than it relieved. Also while using it I felt my forehead pulsing like it does when a migraine is impending. If you’ve tried acupressure before and are looking for an inexpensive at home option this might work for you, but it’s definitely not for me.

It has exceeded my expectations! At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after a few sessions, I could really feel the benefits. The tiny pressure points on the mat and pillow stimulate blood circulation, and after just 10-15 minutes of lying on it, I feel so much more relaxed. The pillow is great for targeting the neck and shoulders, areas where I tend to hold a lot of tension, and the mat works wonders on my back and feet. While it might feel intense at first, I quickly got used to the sensation, and now it's part of my daily routine. I love that it's portable too – easy to roll up and take on the go. If you're someone who experiences muscle tension or just needs a way to unwind at the end of the day, I highly recommend this acupressure set. It’s affordable, well-made, and a natural way to relieve stress and aches. Definitely five stars from me!
