Description
The BISSELL Cross Wave Cordless Max combines chores, vacuuming and washing at the same time, so you save time. The 36V lithium-ion battery provides 30 minutes of cordless cleaning power*, so you can move throughout your home without being tied to an outlet. A: I watched a review online (vacuum wars on YouTube) and he tested it at 30 minutes run time. It does come with a charging and cleaning tray.

Q: For the cordless machine, what is the voltage range of the charger. Is this 110-240VAC, 50-60HZ. Can someone who has this machine read the specs and let me know

A: The CrossWave isn't designed for use as a dry vacuum. It vacuums and washes sealed hard floors at the same time eliminating the need to sweep then mop separately.

A: Hi Laurie. The CrossWave isn't a deep cleaner for carpet or upholstery. It's meant to vacuum and mop sealed hard floors at the same time. It can be used to vacuum and freshen area rugs, but won't work for deep cleaning carpet stains.

Fairly easy to clean machine and parts after use. Only complaint thought for cost of product it would last a little longer. Purchased same machine 2021 and just purchased another 3/2/2025. Maybe approximately four years used once a week maybe occasionally twice a week. Just wanted the ease of both vacuum and mopping for his small apartment. Tried to use in my house. Would not suggest for larger areas.

Works great when it works. Bought it to use daily But once u use it and empty and go to use it again it shows a tank full error every time use it you have to take it apart and deep clean especially by the fill sensor tabs where water gets trapped and you have to let it air dry apart b4 using again. I have had issues with all 3 the motor smoking and stops working, I am on my 3rd replacement so customer service has been good and quick replacements but do not recommend this one, get one with an actual float, not this metal sensing the liquid if it weren't for that I'd like it. id rather get there old corded verson with an actual float and deal with a coard again then deep cleaning this vacuum daily after cleaning the floors

I honestly detest this vacuum so much so it moved me to write this review. For the price you're paying, it is just not functional. The vacuum function has poor suction due to the weird plastic bend at the bottom which as a result, only takes very basic and surface level dirt. Honestly a manual broom would take away more dust. The mop function only spreads the dirt instead of cleaning it . The worst part is once you are done with either the mopping or vacuuming, you have to take it apart and deep clean everything because if you don't, then you will just get even worse cleaning than what i described above. Honestly, i got this vacuum to make my cleaning life easier but its only burdened me and tasked me either more cleaning. Lastly due to it being cordless and carrying water, its heaving and pushing it through high and low pile carpet is a nice workout- the only plus.
