Q: this comes with a 7.2 V Lithium battery. Is the lithium battery safe? Can it blow up or cause a fire?

A: Hello, 7.2v is a typical voltage. Batteries always vary as they are charged/discharged. Having this amount of voltage is quite fine for this product and will not cause hazardous danger.

First…. I’m trying to get a replacement jack plug charger for HFS 215J01 and I cannot order it any where! Help!! I use it for quick clean up in the kitchen. If hate to throw it away because it wasn’t cheap!

I read a review on your site and mine is stopping after working a few seconds. It was working fine for several months but all of a sudden it is difficult to keep it running. I step on the start button many times to keep trying to clean up the sand and it shuts off. Once it finally decides to keep running I can complete my task. I do charge the machine.

Like the other reviews, after a couple months this vacuum stops working. I cleaned it all out and charged. It works for about 2 seconds and shuts off again. Disappointed.

I bought the Black+Decker HFS215J sweeper and was using it to pick up stuff in my kitchen. It worked for a few months and then all of sudden the brush stopped spinning and so now it does not pick up anything and is completely useless. When I turn it on the motor seems to be working as I can hear the sound but the brush don't rotate. I never expected B+D to produce such a low quality product.

At first, I loved this product. It saved a great deal of time and energy. However, it stopped working about 45 days after it was delivered. I have tried everything but the bristles won't turn anymore. Save your money and invest in a different product.
