The power knob broke on this the first time I used it. It is stuck on high. Today I tried to use it and it didn’t heat up at all. Of course I have already recycled the box so returning would be a major hassle. What a mess!

Crockpot has been in my life since my first thoughts as a child. My grandmother could make the best concoctions in these and always something different, even meals I did not think you could slow cook. This pot is lightweight and durable at the same time. You can fit enough for a whole family meal in there. The smell of the slow cooker sitting in the kitchen all day really gets you ready to eat. Whether it’s roast, sloppy Joe’s or chicken noodle soup, you’re going to be satisfied with what is removed from this pot. Let’s eat!

I was gifted this crockpot in the cute green color for Christmas. Unfortunately, after just one use, the knob broke completely off and it is unusable. Such a bummer because I absolutely love the color and size of it. Would recommend going with a different brand/slow cooker - this one is cheap for a reason.

I have only used this crock pot a couple times since I bought it less than 2 months ago. The power knob is already completely broken. There is no explanation for the knob to just break like it did. Very disappointing. Unsafe. I can’t even return it because I threw away the box.
