Cuisinart Custom Select 2-Slice Stainless Steel Toaster Silver CPT-620P1: Defrost & Bagel Options, Adjustable Browning

I am very satisfied with my toaster now I can really appreciate the quality and taste of my waffles since buying Cuisinart 2 slice custom select Toaster.

I bought this Toaster a few weeks ago the toast is great and English muffin are done perfect

Nice looking toaster with intuitive dials. So far the toasting has been consistent. The only concern is it is very lightweight so hoping it will hold up as long as my last Cuisinart which I had for approximately 25 years.

I like the dial that lets me more accurately toast different kinds of items. Plus the browning level provides the exact toastiness I want.

I chose this particular model because of the variety of features. I especially like the special setting for English muffins! It is lighter weight than our old one, but I have found this to be true with most others.

We really don't get excited when purchasing a new toaster. They are all mediocre. This toaster is different, the features and controls work just as they should, regardless if it's a frozen waffle, English muffin or a slice of toast. We love it!

The minute i opened the box of this toaster, i immediately know that corners were cut somewhere: 1. The actual weight was less 2. The control lever was flimsy which was the demise of the toaster. 3. Took an inordinately long time to reach temperature. 4. I had the prior one, in fact i have another one in our other home, and they are more substantial in construction. 5. I am an engineer, so my comments should not be dismissed.

This toaster seems to toast well on only one side. The inside coils don't seem to all be functional

I absolutely love my new toaster. It can accommodate everything from sliced bread to bagels and everything in between as its self adjustable. It has a lever which allows you to choose how light or dark you would like your items toasted. This makes your toast perfect. It has a button which allows you to toast one slice at a time and so many other features. Also the toaster is very attractive in the stainless steel. It gives off a nostalgic meets modern look. I had been wanting this toaster for a long time and I am so glad to own it.

I was a bit skeptical about the toaster after seeing reviews, but found that it is perfect for toast, or bagels. We use it every day.

Left outside slot, 2 wire filaments do not heat up causing uneven toasting on near side.

This 2-slice toaster is pretty good, but not as good as I had hoped. The toasting is not consistent from one batch to the next. Sometimes it toasts the top of the bread dark golden but the bottom barely colored. I had an old Cuisinart toaster that I used for years then it finally gave out. I tried another brand and it was awful. Back to Cuisinart. Pretty good but certainly not perfect.

Looked at many toasters before I chose this one and glad I did! So many excellent,well thought out features! I plan to enjoy using it for many years!

I have had many Cuisinart products over the years. They are dependable and function at a high level. I have also purchased Cuisinart products for family members…..they love them too! I will continue to be a loyal customer of your outstanding products!

This toaster has many options for toasting and it toasts very evenly. It also does it it fast.

We liked our first one so much that after 10 years and shopping around we decided on the same one.

This is a nice looking toaster. I’ve only had it for about a month. It’s easy to work the setting dial, and I like the different choices you have for different types of breads. It does take some trial and error to figure out the level of toasting. I gave it 4/5 stars because there have been a few times that the push down lever would not stay down which is a bit concerning since it’s basically brand new. We shall see if this proves to be durable as most Cuisinart products are.

This toaster is awful. No matter what number I put it on the bread, bagel, muffin etc. is not toasted. Sometimes it is only toasted on one side. My old Cuisinart toaster was a basic model and did just fine. Unfortunately after many years it stopped working. You can see fingerprints on the stainless silver model. The numbers and descriptions of the different settings are very tiny and barely visible. I love Cuisinart products but this toaster is useless.

Nice features, looks good, does what it's supposed to,good price, stainless steal shell gets a bit hot compared to others.
