Works fine in the beginning but slowly quality decreases. Water tanks get full very quickly, self cleaning is required after each use, too many issues increase after using the mop for a couple weeks. The mop started spitting out the dirty water and made the floors smell. It's not worth it when you can mop/swiffer the floor yourself in much less time and hassle. Do not recommend.

Charged fully before use, cleaned for about 10 seconds and it said “Brush roller and tube are dirty. Please return to base for self cleaning.” I returned it to the base, ran a cleaning cycle and it did it again and again and again. I was skeptical about the brand already. I called customer service and the agent kind of had an attitude and said “If you bought it yesterday, that’s before 90 days. Return it. It sounds like a hardware issue.” So I’m returning and hoping I find a better alternative.

Absolutely love this vacuum/mop combo. It works like a dream, so easy to operate. This guy cuts half the time off it would normally take me to sweep and mop my hardwood floors. The self cleaning is awesome so far but I’ve only used the product a handful of times so we’ll see how it holds up. 10/10 recommend to anyone that has a crazy schedule and is looking for ways to shorten their cleaning time.

Received this vacuum as a Christmas present yesterday. The charging station does not work. Called customer service and they said if I bought it through Amazon or eBay they would replace it, but since I bought it from Target there’s nothing they can do. It’s sold out at Target right now so I have to wait for it to come back in stock. Not a huge deal, but after having amazing customer service from Dyson for over 10 years, I will return this and go back to a Dyson. I assume Target is an authorized retailer, so not sure why they don’t stand behind their products if it’s purchased at Target. If something was to go wrong with the vacuum in the future, now I know they won’t be repairing it. Terrible first impression.

So super excited to get this machine, water does not come out to wash the floors. At all I have trying everything. So I guess I got a bad one. It was easy to put together and the suction is great as far as picking up debris on the floor. I have to drive two hours to return it to target.. I called the company and I guess I just got a bad one. They said I need to return it. They sent me way troubleshoot and nothing worked. Has anyone else had this problem?

Owning two large dogs, we get a lot of pat hair, dirty paw prints, and whatever else dogs track in. The Dreame K20 Pro Wet and Dry Vacuum has really changed the game as a pet owner. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am pretty blown away by this mop/vacuum combo! I quickly went over my floors once and was shocked at the water I threw out after. I have old marble floors that are pretty hard to clean, and am tired of black feet and socks no matter how many times I mop. I’m really feeling that regular use of this vacmop will change that. I did notice that the battery life is not the best, it was dying pretty quickly on the auto setting and my space isn’t that large. I received an incentive to write this review.

I love that it had all the protective packaging and plastic covers to prevent any scratches. It talks to you to tell you what mode you turn on and when it's charging which is really helpful. The turbo mode is my favorite as it is so powerful and propels itself, basically. I really like that it can be used as a dry or a wet vacuum. I received an incentive to write this review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will admit I was a little skeptical of this floor washer at first; however, I am glad I gave the Dreame K20 Pro Floor Washer a shot! I used this on my LVP and was pretty impressed with it. On the auto and turbo modes, it wets the brush roller and “mops” while also vacuuming up any debris in the way. I did not have any of the cleaning solution on hand, so I just tried it with water and it still did a really good job. The floors dried super quickly, so I am not concerned about water seeping under the planks. I am not a huge fan of emptying the dirty water tank since it also has all of the debris that was vacuumed up - but I just dumped it in the toilet and rinsed it out. The automatic cleaning cycle for the brush roller is also great because not only does it clean, but it also dries it. The machine itself is very quiet; however, the voice prompts are extremely loud, which is annoying. Overall, though, it is an excellent machine. I received an incentive to write this review.
