My only concern is that the instructions for use that came with it seemed to be for a different model. The manual showed it should have a digital display with different settings and it did not. That’s the reason I gave it 3 stars. I’m not really sure if it’s supposed to have that or if it has different modes. I do like how the product performed and am grateful to have received it.

Something is definitely working when I use it because the dirty water tank does show some color in the water. However it's not nearly as effective as manually mopping on my textured floors because you can't push hard to really get in the grooves. I think this would be excellent for quick cleans and smooth/tile floors.

I like that it is cordless. The one thing I do not like is that it only has about 20 minutes of usage before I have to recharge, so I cannot do my whole house in one go. I can do about 2 rooms at most. Also, I do not like that I will have to buy the solution later.

It has been a lifesaver here in southwestern Pennsylvania where my dogs track in snow mud or dirt 90% of the year. It’s grabbing go ability since it is chargeable mixed with. It’s ready to go water and cleaning formula makes this my number one favorite appliance in the house.

This compact floor washer is both very powerful and light weight for an all over floor clean or a quick mess that your kid made. I was worried that it only lasts 20 minutes before having to charge it again, but I did my whole downstairs (all tile) and had no problem finishing it on a single charge. The vacuum part is very strong and picked up tons of dog hair before the mop part clean the tile. After going over an area, the floor dries almost instantly, so no extra water left behind. It even got the muddy foot prints left behind by my son and puppy with no extra work. I just used the extra water mode and it came right off. When finished it’s very easy to dump the dirty water compartment and rise clean, ready for the next time. This little machine makes your cleaning so much easier. I would highly recommend it to anyone with lots of tile or wood floors. So glad I was given the chance to test out this amazing product.

When turning it on, I feel the push (kinda like a self-propelled feel, but not). The noise when running it was a little bit lost than i expected, but it's doing the job, which is all I care about. I did my whole kitchen and part of the dining room, and there were no issues with the battery life. When emptying out the dirty water canister, it is removed easily, and it cleans up easily, too. Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

So, my daughter in law kept telling me about the Tineco. Had. To have one. She brought hers over and I was amazed! I bought my own. I cleaned my floor. Sweep, swiffer, mop and then with the tineco, the water was black! Now I tell my friends they must buy one! I think I this may be a cult! Best, most fun cleaning tool! Suggestion, after running the self clean, yes if self cleans, take the brush off and let it dry otherwise it will stink. The base has a spot to put the brush while drying. Very simple! It is lightweight, not to loud. Run time is shorter than I would like at 20 minutes ish.

As soon as I opened the package I had my daughter begging me to use it and I myself couldn’t wait. I let my floors get a bit dirtier than usual to show how good this washer is despite having uneven flooring in my apartment in the attached video. I was able to clean all of my apartment within one use without having to charge the vacuum and was pleasantly surprised to find it much quieter than I was excepting. In the video I am home alone and there is minimal noise coming from the Tineco. I found it super convenient and easy to use the instructions were easy to understand and the machine itself is very accessible for me to use despite having difficulties cleaning otherwise due to health problems. The machine was able to get around the corners of things such as my fridge or under chairs in the dining room which I often have to move.

It only takes 2 capfuls of solution to be added to the clean water tank. The first time charging it can take up to 5 hours, I let mine charge overnight. It is quiet when it runs and has great suction. The thing that I had problems with was putting the dirty water tank back together after cleaning, but I think it will go faster now that I have used it. I was very pleased with it. I really like the idea that I am keeping my hands out of dirty water and now the only water that goes on my floors when cleaning is clean water.

It would be a great job if the battery life lasted more than 10 minutes. And to get those 10 minutes, you'll need 5 hours to get a full charge. Way too long for such a short usage time. The water tank is just about the size for a 10 minute job. It's not very noisy and it does its job. I just wish the operating battery life was longer than 10 minutes then I would've given 5 stars.

Although it vacuums and mops, I’d recommend quickly vacuuming the area first to make cleaning the device afterwards a bit easier. Mopping tends to be a pain and requires a lot of effort, while my swiffer just doesn’t do an amazing job. This is like a combination of the two and it does all the work for you. I would totally recommend this product to others. I did receive this product in exchange for my honest review, but that doesn’t change the fact that I will be using this floor cleaner constantly. I am so excited.

I love that is can both vacuum and mop and easily switch from one to the other. The slim, lightweight design is easy to get into corners and edges, making it a great option to clean every nook and cranny in our kitchen. It cleans well overall and makes mopping our floors less of a chore. I appreciate the fresh water used for cleaning that is then captured in a separate dirty water tank. Plus, the self-cleaning mode saves me time and makes sure each use is fresh. With a 20-minute runtime it can get any room done on one charge. The self-propel assist also makes the washer easy for anyone to use. My only concern with this product is it says you should only use the Tineco cleaning solution, and I’m wondering how easy that will be to find and how long a single bottle will last.
So worth it!

I put it together (there wasn’t much to put together) and had to try it out right away. After I read the book it was very simple to use! I cleaned my kitchen floor and the water in the dirty water tank was very dirty! The Tineco was very easy to use, fill the water tank and empty the water tank. The charging station made it a breeze to charge. The only reason I gave it a 4 rating instead of a 5 was that it says you are to replace the roller and some other parts after 6 months and I am not sure people will do that and it would get awfully expensive too. Overall I am very pleased with this Tineco Floor Washer!
